The first time we wanted to go to this institution. When asked on the phone what the exact address is, the girl speaks Kazakh. When asked to answer in Russian, he does not understand anything at all. So no one came up. Considering that we saw the new guests arrive. Boarding at the institution was minimal. The waiters in the corner were on their phones. As a result, I had to take the menu myself.
