Good afternoon, dear Saffron Administration! Today, at about 17:30, we came to your establishment. There were two of us, but we sat down at a table for 4 (I don't think this is a problem for such a large establishment). We were asked to move, explaining that if guests came now, they would have nowhere to put them. For our part, we agreed and went to see the table that was offered to us, but the lighting there was dark and we moved back. It took us 15 minutes to wait for the menu (we didn't get the menu in the end). A waiter came up to us and said "this table is on reserve, you were warned" in a very rude and disrespectful tone. When we said that we had not been warned and had not been offered a good replacement for this place (which did not even have a reserve sign), we were simply told "then this table is not serviced." All this time, a woman was walking past us (as we understood the administrator) and yelling at the whole hall to get us kicked out as soon as possible. We kindly ask you to have a conversation with the staff, as we really like your kitchen and we would not like to face a similar situation again! After reading this review, I ask the administrator of the institution to respond to it and report on the work done!
