Sevis is a complete 0. We stayed in Dastan nearby. Relying on the reviews, we came to have dinner. No one greets you at the entrance. According to the availability of seats and the order of placement, I had to contact the cloakroom attendant, who said that you can sit down at will, there are a lot of free tables. In fact, no more than a quarter of the tables were occupied. After examining the halls on the first and second floor, we decided to sit on the sofas on the first floor. The waiter was just clearing the table and said the sofas are only for 4. We sat down at a table for two on the second floor, but the table was not set, there was one empty glass and dirty pads. After a while, the waiter threw two menus on the table and left without comment. After some time, he put two envelopes with devices on dirty substrates, leaving a glass of unknown origin. This is the whole story of interaction with the waiter, since after sitting for another half hour, he never came to our table, while passing by he turned away, showing his preoccupation with everything. At the same time, the neighboring table managed to order and eat, and clean glasses and cutlery were served on the other table immediately during the seating of the guests.
It was not possible to assess the quality of the food, because after spending 30 minutes waiting for at least some attention from the waiter to make an order, the desire to eat in this place with the payment of such a "wonderful" service in the amount of 10% disappeared. Leaving, they turned to the administrator who suddenly appeared, she kindly offered to quickly serve on the ground floor, but the mood and appetite were already hopelessly spoiled, so the offer was refused.

Интерьер очень красивый, уютно, атмосферно, не шумно, можно посидеть удобно и поболтать с подругами. Действительно можно расслабиться и ни о чем не думать.
Касательно кухни, я бы дала 4 балла из 5. Заказали много разных блюд, десертов.
Единственное что мне не понравилось это курица в горшочке, очень солоновато, 3 кусочка курицы, вся в кожице, сидишь и ковыряешься, очищаешь и почти не осталось мяса, от чего я соответсвенно не наелась от слова совсем.
Очень вкусный лагман динь динь, прям влюбилась в это блюдо.
Малое количество десертов, поработайте над этим, немного сухие. Вкусновато, но маловато 🥱
Суши которые я терпеть не могу, съела одну штучку и мне очень понравилось, не знаю названия, жареные.

Еда ооооочень вкусная!!! Вот прямо советую!Мы приехали из России,попробовали в этом городе много всего, здесь реально вкусно! Официант очень внимательный, постоянно спрашивал, все ли хорошо(не спросила имя). Интерьер очень уютный, красивый! Порции блюд большие, приготовили быстро. Удивила цена, покушали на троих по два блюда и напиток, вышло 15 т Тенге всего!!!! Приходите, не пожалеете! Отзыв от чистого сердца!

Очень понравилось место! Красивый интерьер, прям для инстаграмма)) очень вкусная еда. Брали лагман, плов (порции огромные), салат. С удовольствием бы пришли сюда еще раз, так как меню разнообразное и много чего хочется попробовать 🙂
П.с. Чаевые в размере 10% автоматом включены в счет, хотя этого нигде не написано.

Очень вкусно, цены доступные, оформление заведения и блюд порадовало. Особенно хочу отметить обслуживание! В нашем городе с этим большие проблемы, а тут просто превосходное обслуживание. Есть игровая комната для детей.

Очень любим это место. В Шафране вкусная еда, демократичные цены, уютная атмосфера и вежливый персонал. 5/5. Всем рекомендую это место.
P.S. Стейк из семги размером с огромную мужскую руку и ценой в 4500 тенге очень радует 😅🙏 Тут вообще всегда очень большие порции))

В начале только когда открылись все было круто и еда и сервис обслуживания!!!
Сейчас все наоборот, отношения к посетителям кафе и вкус еды оставляет желать лучшего из за этого только 3 звезды на большее извините не тянете...

Новое, чисто заведение. Мне понравилось. Обслуживание хорошее. Были в випкабинке. Заказал стейк из телятины... очень маленький стейк принесли, ну очень маленький. Хотя и стоил он не дорого.
