Now briefly about Brest :
1. Unfortunately, the management does not take care of its customers. It was a shock to me that the tuition payment could not be made through the erip.
"We have about 700 listeners and no one is outraged"... this was the management 's answer to my question why there is no branch in erip .
I understand everything, but you represent a solid organization with a cool presentation of information, a decent training program.
Match the name of the organization you represent, and do not drag it to the bottom and do not leave the impression of a "sharashka office".
It's not about 2-3 rubles, but about the attitude towards people !!!
2. Now the training department, which is in mine..The case is most often represented by Irina.
We study the ethics of business communication and do not forget that we are at work, where the client is always right. If you don't know the answer to the question... find out, and don't leak the client. This is extremely unprofessional. And yes, you can pay for your services without commission. It's a pity that I know how to do this, but you don't. You only know how to do it with the Alpha card. And if it is not there?
3. Our teacher personally checks the homework probably once a month. On the 20th of December, there was an untested dz for the month of November.

My daughter started studying in the fall of 2023. I chose the direction of "Design".
