This is a terrible dirty hotel. I'm shocked. Hair on the bathroom floor, stains on the walls and furniture.. towels stink of dampness and mustiness. It's a gloom, to be honest... The room is no more than 5 m2, we were jostling in two, we couldn't turn around, we couldn't turn around. The curtains are black, simple, they have never been changed, it seems. If you just spend the night, it will probably suit someone. But if I had seen this in advance, I would not have agreed to stay here for any money.!!

Basically a bad result. Very good location. The rooms are clean. BUT there are problems with the water, it barely pours on the upper floors. And a very poor breakfast. If you take anything without breakfast, there are many cafes around where you can eat.

There was a junior suite. Beautiful, spacious. The beds are comfortable. There was no drinking water in the room-they said it was not included. Bathrobes for slim girls up to size 46. The room has slippers, a set of toothpaste brushes, shampoos, gel. The refrigerator did not work, it was changed. The staff is very diligent and friendly. Delicious breakfast buffet-porridge, scrambled eggs, sausage, cheese, vegetables, fruits, pancakes, pies, jams.

It is difficult to compare this hotel compared to other hotels in Bishkek, as I have not been to others, but it can be noted that the staff is clean and pleasant. The location is close to the center. It's a little scary to walk in the evening (potholes on the roads, darkness), this is the problem of the city, not the hotel.

The service is disgusting. The manager is rude when they asked for a refund, since we were leaving. At first he said that he would return 25%, and then he became rude and refused to return the money. The refrigerator is not cold in the room, the air conditioner does not work. The room is stuffy. There is a musty smell. I do not recommend it, there are better and cheaper hotels in Bishkek.

I stayed at the hotel from April 11 to April 16. When booking, it was indicated that the amount to be paid would be 16,300 rubles. In fact, they took almost 19,000 som. Now the som is almost equal to the ruble, but the employees explain this by the fact that the main calculation was made in dollars when booking, and since the dollar exchange rate is higher in Kyrgyzstan, the recalculation is done and therefore the amount increases so much. At the same time, in the morning, the girl from the reception refused breakfast, like my type of accommodation does not provide breakfast. However, the next day they invited me to breakfast. The breakfast itself is as meager as possible. The room is clean, but not cleaned. To my question why there is no cleaning and they do not take out the garbage, they said that they should ask for it. It's like a lot of guests don't want to be in their room. Of course, I don't recommend this hotel.

Excellent location in the city center. The rooms are large, clean, the view from the room is not very good. Mostly construction sites or high-rise buildings. We were unlucky with the weather and the mountains were almost invisible. Very comfortable beds and pillows, beautiful wooden furniture. A clean bathroom. Knot. I didn't really like the breakfasts. But this is for an amateur, maybe I'll find fault. The score is five with a minus.
