We checked into the hotel on 29.07.2022.
In general, I just can't find the words how disgusting the hotel works and what a terrible service Shahdag provides.
- The first thing the claim is that you will not be provided with any checks and payment receipts.
- Ignores your requests, if you ask for something, they may forget, this is such a level of "service".
- Towels stink, bathrobes are torn, bath slippers are not presentable and not functional.
- It is normal for hotel employees to suddenly break into a room in order to saw a wall in broad daylight, and leave a shit after themselves and not clean it up until you ask for it. That's what happened to us.
- The director-the owner of the hotel, as he calls himself, does not know what is happening in the hotel at all.
- The head of security has an attack of rabies and senile senility, grabs all the dissatisfied customers by their clothes and tries to get them into his room for a conversation. Clearly not for a peaceful conversation.
- The dining room smells of rotten vegetables and this smell is constant, they just don't notice it.
- The story with the smell continues in the shared toilet on the first floor.
- No one really knows the Russian language to me, although they say on the website.
- And finally, if you value your time and money, I ask you to think twice than just give your money to nowhere.
The hotel is good. We rested here for 5 days. Everything was great. The food is also delicious and on time. It seems to me that here is the most powerful Internet in Azerbaijan where I have not used it. On the fifth floor there is a full view of the city and the river.
