A very beautiful hotel, helpful staff, soft carpets, comfortable beds and pillows (and this is very important when traveling).
There is a party every day! Even on the day of arrival: they changed towels all the time, put free bottles of water, added new soap and shower gel every day, took out the trash. And unfortunately, not all hotels can boast of this.
The staff helped to lift and lower the suitcases, prompted for all questions.
The location of the hotel is perfect! For reference, the entrance is from the side of the central Uzbekistanskaya street, near huge green parks and attractions and markets within walking distance! I recommend not only taking a taxi, but also walking around the city.

A good 3-star hotel. The rooms are clean, cleaned every day and well, towels are also changed. Breakfast is included in the room rate. The variety is not great, but everything is delicious. You won't stay hungry. The staff is friendly and courteous. We are always ready to help. They know Russian well. The hotel itself is located in the central part of the city, which is also very convenient. I recommend.

Stayed 20-24.09. Pleasant guest, polite, responsive and not intrusive staff. The budget rooms in the attic are quite comfortable. Delicious breakfast buffet. If you wish, you can walk to the historical sights through the park or quickly take a taxi. There are many cafes nearby. We arranged a meeting at the airport, everything was clear.

Very nice hotel, polite, kind staff. It is clean and cozy, there is a Turkish sauna, a Finnish sauna, a swimming pool. Towels and tea are provided. Great hotel, we liked it. With convenient parking, not far from the center. The rooms are clean, the breakfasts are delicious.

Excellent service at the hotel, very responsive staff. The hotel has a good location, there is a place to walk in the evening. There are many cafes nearby, but I did not find a cafe with national cuisine nearby. I was by car, so there were no difficulties with visiting the sights. They say that an affordable taxi works. There are always parking spaces. The beautiful national interior of the hotel itself. Wonderful homemade breakfasts. You really relax at the hotel.

Breakfast is meager. All the plates with dishes are covered with cling film.
The door to the room does not open completely, as a result, I tore the sleeve of my jacket on a sharp edge when I squeezed through the door.
But the most important thing was that there was no hot water in the room. At 20.00 they said they would turn it on in an hour. At 22.00 they did not give it. At 23.30, we fought to get the water and we finally washed up.
I have never seen such a disgusting attitude in any hotel.
