Excellent guest house, located in the old town.
All the sights are within walking distance.
A cozy atmosphere.
The rooms have everything you need.
The old town itself is quiet, we enjoyed sleeping at night
Located in the center, walking distance to Registan and other attractions. Otherwise, I didn't like the hotel. We lived for 3 days, never cleaned up, didn't even take out the trash. The rooms are not cozy, dusty. Glass door to the toilet, an original solution. On skirting boards, windows, thresholds, doors, there is not a peeled protective film, which is removed after installation. It looks like you walked into a construction site. There is polyethylene on the mattress! What for???? We took it off . There is no concept of service in the hotel. You have to ask for everything, there is no water in the room, toilet paper is also at the reception. Breakfast is a disaster, a disgrace for such a country. I wouldn't come back here, even just to spend the night.
The rooms are very small, with dirty carpets, and there is a musty smell in the room. Terrible pillows that it is not possible to sleep on. The stairs to the second floor are very steep, it's hard to drag a suitcase along it, but no one will offer to help. They don't do room cleaning while you're living. Breakfast is very modest, I had to chew tortillas to get a little full, there is no coffee, they also make very little tea. Go to the hotel through the dark alleys. In general, there was an unpleasant impression of the stay.
Nice hotel. It is bed + breakfast
+ They feed a lot and tasty
+There is a local restaurant nearby
+Near the center
+The rooms are very clean
-About cellophane mattresses in other reviews were not deceived) - everything is really in it, sleeping is fine, but it rustles and somehow not super comfortable
- It was difficult to ventilate the room, and the batteries were fried just like that (but this is a subjective minus, since I like to sleep in a checked room)
A cozy hotel with a pleasant courtyard. There is a cot in the courtyard, a good place for gatherings in pleasant company. The rooms are small, but everything is there. Breakfast is homemade, you will not stay hungry. Very pleasant hosts and staff, hospitable. Bottled drinking water.
We really liked the room, water, linen, towels, everything is there. The air conditioner was working, the windows were tightly closed from the light and noise of the streets.
Unfortunately, the impressions were extremely negative. When booking, the hotel owner confirmed the possibility of early arrival, but in fact, when we were already on site, we were greeted by emptiness. The door to the hotel is open, the reception is empty, no one is there. It was not possible to get through to the owner the first time, on the phone he offered to knock on the room and, if it was not occupied, go there. Well, if it's busy and we disturb other guests, then these are the problems of these very guests. After the call, a sleepy girl came out, who could not offer anything intelligible. The room was vacated only at 14:00 (despite the fact that the booking indicated the check-in time from 12:00), whereas we arrived at 7 a.m., we were offered to leave our things just next to the reception desk near the front door (which, let me remind you, did not close in any way). The reception area is located in the courtyard under the open sky, it was impossible to expect settlement there because of the cold (it is unrealistic to sit outside for 7 hours), we were not offered to sit somewhere in the internal common areas where it is warm. The staff doesn't really care, they don't want to solve the problems of the guests.
I would also like to note that the entrances to the rooms are also located from the courtyard, the guests were asked to leave their shoes near the doors to the rooms, that is, actually on the street. In case of rain, as I understand it, all these shoes will also be wet. But the carpets of the hotel will not be damaged.
A beautiful and interesting hotel in the historical part of Samarkand. The only impression of this hotel was spoiled by a two-day water outage in Samarkand.
Friendly staff, grandma bakes delicious pies for breakfast. But we got a room with noisy air conditioning. Because of this, we turned it off (and turned it on for heating) and froze in the morning. We were in October, the temperature was 26-28 during the day, and 8-10 at night. The room is the same, because there is an exit to the street into the courtyard.
