The hotel needs renovation. Everything that has seen its kind: furniture, interior. The plumbing is in terrible condition due to the quality of the water. The tap water smells like hydrogen sulfide. There are not even chairs in the rooms, instead there are stools. At the same time, the owners try very hard, help and prompt. But they have difficulties with languages, in fact, one person is responsible for all communication with foreigners, who is not always available. The location is absolutely gorgeous, right in Ichan-Kala and literally a stone's throw from all the historical buildings of the city. Delicious good breakfast. There is a terrace with a view where you can sit in the evening.

It is located in the old town, the most touristic place. A normal place to spend the night, and after breakfast, go on excursions. The hosts are excellent, the rooms are normal, the breakfast is modest.
