A wonderful place where you feel at one with nature. All the houses on the mountain, a wonderful view from the panoramic window is provided to you. If you are against physical loads and are unable to overcome the climb, then contact the staff, they will definitely give you a ride (the electric cars were recently purchased, but there is not enough power to go up the hill). The food is delicious! Meat eaters and steak lovers will definitely like it here. Grilled fish is also a credit! The staff is friendly. Cleaning suffers a little, at the reception you need to ask to be cleaned. Donkey, pony, horse, poultry yard (chickens, ducks, peacocks), goats, deer, herd of Angus steers - animal lovers will not be bored. Little fans of technology will be allowed to sit in tractors, combine harvesters, buggies, golf carts, UAZ, GAZ, and they can even take a ride on whatever is possible. Delicious basturma (yes, from those same Anguses), meat, cheese - you can buy everything and take it with you, they will cut it up and vacuum it. I highly recommend visiting this ranch. The guys have recently opened, they are trying, they are building, they are developing. We will definitely come again!

A real review, not purchased by the owner of the hotel. We went with the film crew to shoot a beautiful video from the mountains of Armenia! We booked the hotel for cash, because there is no website and card payments are not accepted! It got bad at night, we arrived there and wanted to have lunch, ride horses, because the shooting was agreed and go to the hospital. The owner came out and started kicking us out because we decided not to live with them because we need to go to the hospital!! He's rude, he says that we are Russians cunningly (they understood who). The attitude towards Russians is disgusting. Construction is underway, which no one warned about in advance! The terrible smell of animals A bunch of workers It takes 5 minutes to walk uphill from the room to the restaurant, it is very difficult, there is no transfer It's a disgusting place, and the attitude towards guests from Russia is terrible!
