Incompetent sellers. They can't answer anything useful. Even the question about nicotine-free mixtures could not be answered for a long time and shown what mixtures there are. They do not know what coals they sell for hookahs and how they differ. You should at least look at the product reviews on the Internet. And I'm not talking about making coffee at all. We ordered 2 coffees, the young man made them, we asked for sugar, to which he replied that there was none. Is it not an option to say in advance? I would have offered syrup instead, but no, I had to ask for it myself.
