The place is good, but.... You need to control the cleaning! I moved into a room that no one had lived in for 6 months because it was expensive. There was no hot water pressure, they set it up, stained sheets, a towel with a hole, hair in the sink, traces of soap in the shower. It took a day for everything to be done. And then everything is fine.
