The hotel is spacious, clean, as a bonus, water is given 05 liters., There is a breakfast, not a buffet, but a good one. The Wi-Fi is disgusting, it doesn't work. The hotel is conveniently located near the bazaar, bus stop, but there is no dining room nearby. The TV shows a sufficient number of channels.

Of the advantages: the suites are large, 2-room. In the recreation room there are comfortable sofas, a TV with a set-top box with 700+ channels, a refrigerator, air conditioning.
Among the disadvantages: very hard beds, lack of mosquito nets, and there are a lot of mosquitoes in this area. More monotonous breakfasts, eggs, sausage, cheese, jam every day. The kitchen in the cafe at the hotel is also for 3 people.

I don't understand why this hotel is still working, maybe just for local acquaintances of the owner's friends)) we traveled all over Kazakhstan, this is the most terrible and expensive hotel that we came across, there was no water in our room, they said it was normal) they offered another room, there was a sharp smell of fumes and a broken bed)) we asked for our 18 thousand back, but only 17 thousand were returned to us because we opened disposable slippers and drank water))) as a result, we spent the night in the car, it was much cheaper and more pleasant))) if possible, find another hotel))) he's not worth the money they're asking for)
