An interesting residential complex. 4 towers of 20 floors each. A closed courtyard! There are playgrounds in the yard. There is a gym area. Pavilion. The yard is guarded. Not super security, of course, but still the eyes. On one side there is a barrier and security. On the other side of the door, but with an electric lock. If you have a magnet, you can safely pass. There is a three-storey parking lot, detached, adjacent to one of the towers, for 300 cars. There is a grocery store and a hairdresser in the courtyard. There are separate storerooms. The storage room can be purchased separately. There are 2 elevators in each tower. Apartments range from one-room to five-room apartments. There are 4-5 apartments on each floor. There is a concierge on the ground floor of each tower.It is located in the golden square of the old town. Within walking distance of the embankment (not across the street of course) but still not far at all. There is also a trading house adjacent to the residential complex with a lot of shops, cafes and restaurants. In general, I liked it. A gorgeous complex.
Excellent residential complex in the golden square of the old city, a long-lived area, convenient location near the central locations of the capital - Republic Avenue, central square, covered markets.
