I've been doing shaping for many years. I quit several times and came back again, because I understood that shaping affects all areas of human health, allows you to strengthen muscles, immunity, become healthy and stress-resistant, keep the body in good shape, burn excess fat. I am familiar with wonderful friendly administrators Oksana Chirvanets and Irina Fedotova, with wonderful coaches: Larisa, Natalia Savitskaya, Olga Solovyova, Victoria Smirnova. Since 2016, I have been going to the Central Shaping Hall at 12 Zhestkova Street. Now I am in a group with Victoria Smirnova. I am very happy to attend training sessions. I'm thrilled! How much attention is paid to everyone in the gym, the correct individual selection and control of exercises, pulse counting, makes the right adjustments aimed at the possibility and necessity of their implementation, taking into account the state of health.
