Everything is great. Fast service, great duty free, greetfull passport control with lovely ladies working there. Enjoyed our waiting for our flight. Also great lounge which added extra points to my review
What a bestial attitude to passengers, they specially seat passengers among themselves, if you are flying with a company, you know, you will not sit next to them. But the most disgusting thing is how it is necessary to disregard passengers, so that a 6-year-old child can be planted separately from a parent. What are you thinking there? Why should a child be stressed by not being able to fly next to a parent. Why the norms are not observed that the child should sit next to the parent. The staff of the aircraft does not solve this problem, it is clearly calculated that one of the passengers would change places with you, feeling sorry for the child.
About food, this is a separate story, the food is spicy, if it can still be called food, they give sandwiches (from which the mouth burns with pepper), which look like dog food, or you can order doshirak from them, excellent food for adults and children, for the purchase of gastritis. Even a glass of water was not given, buy it.
It is very interesting, if an Arab flies this airline, will he also be put away from the child?like the other passengers?
Excellent in every way. It's easy to navigate. A very good choice for shopping. The food is perfect. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The cleaners may be a little rude, but this will not spoil the experience of your stay. Regardless of whether it's a short or long stay at the airport, you can feel very comfortable without worrying about anything.
Compact airport, intuitive. The staff approach the exit from the connecting flight in advance, tell you how to get to the boarding gate, there is a free WiFi network at the airport, there is a play area for children, fountains with drinking water, toilets are clean, there are chapels. The duty-free shop has racks for charging gadgets, you can even without an adapter, near these racks you can comfortably sit on bar stools. The temperature at the airport is comfortable, it's not hot, but it's not cold either. However, in the waiting room after passport control, it was cool at exit number 20, so a jumper would not hurt. There are normal cafes, of course, there is a McDuck.
The airport is compact, but with a rational approach. There are enough seats, there is wi-fi. A food court with a good choice. The prices are quite reasonable. He's a good dude. The staff at the airport, if you have any questions, will help you solve them. Not knowing English is not a problem. Any translator application will help you during the dialogue.
A modern, relatively small airport operating international flights. It is the base for the AirArabia company. It is convenient to use it for connecting flights of this company. Prices in restaurants are slightly higher than in the city. The disadvantage is that it is difficult to get to the city. It takes a long time to get to Dubai by bus - from 2 hours, by taxi it is expensive from 100 dirhams, taking into account the transfer fee between the emirates.
It's not a well-thought-out building. There is only one central passage. A large duty free store with a good assortment. But it is also not convenient. We were pleased with the prices and prices. The boarding gates are quite strange. After check-in, all passengers are in the septic tank. And only then they get on the plane. The septic tank is like in the good Soviet times. Hard seats and a small area.
They serve at the check-in desks quite quickly. The staff is polite, especially with people of European appearance. The inspection is fast and less problematic than in Russia. You can go through the border control machine yourself. Duty free has everything, including alcohol. There is a food court with different cuisines in the waiting room, the prices are quite affordable. There is a drinking fountain. They launch into the departure zone about an hour before it. It's really cold there, it feels like 17 degrees, people are putting on jackets.
Excellent, thoughtful, convenient. There is a food court with reasonable prices. Large duty free. There are a lot of seats, there are reclining chairs. A huge plus is that there is Wi-Fi. Easy connection is not via a terminal and is not time-limited. Comfortable temperature in the waiting area. The cafe accepts euros, but the change is given in dirhams. There are a lot of employees in the hall who have written in the form: need help, ask me. Friendly attitude towards passengers. In general, everything is great. Of the disadvantages, perhaps only that it is difficult to find a working slot for charging the phone and the sockets do not fit our plugs
It's a good airport.
Both the arrival area (fast customs control and fast baggage collection) and the departure area have many check-in counters, for those who have issued online check-in for AirArabia flights there are separate baggage drop-off counters - 7 and 8.
There is a very good duty-free and food court area, due to the flight delay of 3 hours, we had to move to the business waiting room - also very decent.
Throughout the airport, Wi-Fi, union-pay cards (Gazprombank) are accepted everywhere.
Sharjah International Airport is convenient for any passenger: friendly staff, ready to help with all questions, a lot of guide signs, of course, perfect cleanliness and speed of passenger service. The VIP lounge of Every Lounge pleases with the assortment and quality of service.
They passed through passport control very quickly. The building is clean and tidy. There are many places where you can have a snack. There is a large smoking room in the waiting area (before the boarding area) and a smaller one already in the boarding area. Clean toilets. The staff will help you with the request.
In general, it is a good compact airport, everything is quite clear in logistics, there were no special problems during the transfer, I quickly found a transition, local services-employees speak English, you can safely clarify the information. There is a food court area, I recommend walking around and comparing prices, complex breakfasts and lunches can be cheaper than one sandwich, as well as coffee and water, there are free coolers, coffee vending machines if the flight is waiting a long time in the transit zone.
A small, cozy airport. There is a special feature, go through customs control immediately before entering the departure waiting area. There is a large food court in the airport. Adequate food prices. There are several cafes directly in the departure area.
A small, and probably relevant, cheap duty-free zone.. in fact, one large "eatery" with many eateries like McDonald's, Subway e.t.c. and one large salon with perfume and other attributes. In the food shop, prices are indicated in local currency, but some stalls accept $. The prices in the salon with perfume are $. Yes, there is an exchange, if anyone needs it. I can't say anything objective about the course, because I don't know. Intuitively, as in all airports, the course is predatory. The duty-free zone itself is cool, even very cool. Everything is clean, it's nice to expect a landing. Inspection before boarding... everything is also standard.
Sharjah Airport is small (okay if it's 300 meters long), there are a lot of people, there are not enough seats. Sockets in a minimum number and those with a USB connector are all broken, and the European plug is not supposed, only the British version with three pins.
Duty free offers only consumer goods made of expensive sweets and even more expensive alcohol. There are no clothes or any other goods in Duty free. The prices for everything are incredibly high – an ordinary toothbrush is 1000 rubles, a knitted doll is 10,000 rubles, the simplest refrigerator magnet is 800 rubles. Food on the food court, on average, is at least 30 dirhams.
There are few restrooms, but there is a smoking room, so the toilets are clean and do not smell of tobacco, as in Russian airports.
On the positive side, it is free Wi-Fi without registration throughout the airport and drinking water in fountains.
I had a transfer of 7 hours, which is too long for this airport. Plan for no more than three hours of transfer.
If you are flying by transfer, then take your time to the gate area, there is absolutely nothing to do there, but you can easily go back to the Duty free and food court area.
Everything is perfectly clean, all luggage in integrity and safety was promptly loaded into the transfer 🔥 a small but cozy airport, the staff works clearly and quickly👌🏻
A very large Airport. Everything is located clearly and it is convenient to use the infrastructure. There are many original solutions in the construction of this structure. I advise you to visit, it is very interesting 🤗
I love duty free . The employees are all very nice and quite a few know Russian words, but English is very important there, this place always motivates you to learn English and also earn three times more 😂😂😂😂😂
A convenient airport in the sense that there are no Terminals. It's small, it's easy to find the entrance.
Going by public transport on your own is death, you did not dare, took a taxi, because 2.5 hours from Dubai with transfers and suitcases is possible to shoot yourself.
Wrap the suitcase with a film - 25 dirhams. It also seemed to be paid to weigh, I don't remember how much. I wrote to them in the mail about whether it was possible to leave their luggage with them - they didn't answer anything.
People work well, they are friendly - they help, they prompt. Wi-fi is password-free, convenient
There's a store and a half inside. Famous cafes too. You can't buy souvenirs. There are some shops in the lobby, we didn't look at what was in them, to be honest. After registration (up the escalator) Duty Free seems to be normal. There is also a food court with more Asian food. After checking the hand luggage, there is also a dutik, but it is very meager and a couple of cafes.
We flew from Sharjah to Yekaterinburg. They put gate 6, then, 15 minutes before boarding, they changed it to 24, came to 24, the gate was changed again, but already to 29. In short, they drove people..
The airport is not bad, big. I was surprised by the acceptable, I would even say low price for food at the airport. There are a lot of shops, everything is neat, responsive sellers!
But! I was terrified of pig people, there was a flood in the toilets, they change clothes there. Some even apparently forgot how to flush.
The child's things were on the chair while he was gone, so a group of Arabs, Pakestanis came....I do not know exactly who, and sat down right on the things, I tell them that the child is sitting here. And they don't care... they took out rice on disposable plates, it all fell into a bag, the plate broke so they all began to eat with their hands.... terribly
A good airport! Cleanly, despite the priority of departures and arrivals from third world countries. Quite informative! Polite staff. Parking availability. Good service.
It's a good airport. Small, but clean and tidy. There are drinking points. Dfree has a small selection of alcohol and cosmetics. Mostly sweets and local products.
The airport is of medium size. It is convenient that there is a small children's corner. The food court is quite impressive in size. There is wi-fi, there are no questions for the staff: friendly, tactful. A wide range of products from the duty free zone. I give the airport an excellent rating."
A very convenient, compact airport. Inside there is a business lounge with everything you need to wait for transfers: food, drinks, hot lunches, toilets, showers and prayer rooms.
Small, but cozy. Everything is simple and clear.
Inspection and control are carried out very quickly with the use of modern technologies.
The staff is attentive and respectful.
Thanks!
