A small, uncomfortable airport. Crowds of people are queuing to get inside (they are allowed inside exactly for the flight, so you can stand for several hours). There are very few seats in the departure hall itself, queues for toilets that are terribly dirty! One of the advantages is the relatively inexpensive duty free.

A large modern airport. Unexpectedly, they quickly passed the inspection and passport control when they arrived, and when they left, it turned out even faster there was no queue at all for passport control. Everything is clean and tidy. A large Duty free store. There is free wi-fi.

Compared to Dubai airport - "clean but poor"))) a good airport, there is simply no such gloss and scope. Arrival and departure I went completely through the automatic gate, from the customs officer and did not communicate at all (only the inspection of hand luggage with people). The food in the waiting room is on sale, everything is comfortable

I really love this airport, it's small, everything is side by side. And everything is intuitive. There is a good tax free refund point at the entrance. Then check-in counters and departure with a duty free zone. Not a big choice, but you can always find something to bring.

I was at this airport for the first time. Nothing is clear. Starting from the check-in counters: where to go, which counters... There is no information on the scoreboard or on the signs. The fact that the flight is delayed, we found out already in some kind of septic tank, where everyone was gathered. And there is no going back to cafes, shops... In the septic tank, the air conditioners work like crazy, there is no hiding from them anywhere. In general, the impression is not very good...

Every year we fly to Dubai in April, it's not so hot yet. Last year we decided to fly to the Moven Peak Ras El Khaimah Hotel via the DXB airport. It turned out to be not very convenient, I had to drive for more than an hour. And this year we flew to Ras Al Khaimah via Sharjah. Sharjah Airport was pleasantly surprised. A very nice airport, not as pretentious as in Dubai, but very comfortable, clean, calm inspection and control. And we got to our hotel pretty quickly.

The airport is really small, considering the passenger traffic of tourists heading to the emirates of Sharjah and Ajman. The base airline is AirArabia. I have no complaints about the service, they work quickly and dexterously, passport control on departure by biometrics. In the sterile zone there are establishments of Arabic and Indian cuisine. The departure hall is cramped, it is not easy to find a seat at certain hours. I didn't find an ATM in the arrival hall, I had to go to the departure hall with my luggage.
