I had a rest in February 2024, I liked it, I thought it would be worse, but in the end I was satisfied. The food is better than in my previous hotels in Egypt, I was pleasantly surprised. For 3 stars, it's great even if you don't find fault. Mince beach is great, there are several transfers. The rooms in the main building are tired, and most importantly, the windows are in the windows, it is better to take them in the building by the pool. By the way, it was renovated in the winter of 2024. Half of the guests were foreigners>Italy, Ireland, the Germans. Well, local family Egyptians stopped by for the weekend. Calm.. I've been here for two weeks, I'd like to come back again. Minus> there is little greenery on the territory, everything is in stone. There is a massage for a good 10 dollars. In the evening, amateur activities by the pool)
One of the cheapest All-inclusive hotels in Sharma. The menu is dominated by vegetables and soy sausages, sometimes meat is given. The beer is decent, the strong alcohol is local and strongly for the amateur. A great pool, a piece of Minced meat beach - a free shuttle runs there several times a day. wi-fi is only available at the reception, so it's better to have your own SIM card. The air conditioner is a beast. A great hotel for your money
They were in October 2023. We arrived late, there was a snack in the room. On the tour, they give dry rations: bread, their sausage, cheese, whole fruits and vegetables. we drove for free every day according to the schedule to 2 beaches: Minced meat and regular. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the usual one. You can't bring anything with you to the beach. Buy on the spot. The food at the hotel was good. In the evening, the grill responsible for the kitchen always tried to help, the table on the terrace, the appliances. There are a lot of sweets and they are delicious. There was no cleaning, as well as toilet paper, soap, and slippers. Pool towels are provided. Friendly enough. In the evening there were performances: belly dancing, dervish, animators. The bartender is excellent, he made cocktails from what he has) cola, fanta, juices, rum, whiskey. There was no beer, no wine. The pools are good, the slides worked. If you don't spend all your time at the hotel, then great! We ate and left and left. The water is warm, not hot. WiFi is only available at the reception.
The hotel feels like an Egyptian dorm. The only advantage is the budget price. Disadvantages that you have personally encountered:
1. The lobby, where the reception is, is smoky. The chairs and sofas were "tired" 10 years ago, dirty. There are a maximum of 2 receptionists, and they are often not on site - they hang out in their apartment.
2. It was not possible to open the room with a key, the employee opened it himself. The room is terrible: everything is old, dirty, the curtain is not hanging on all the hooks. She asked to change the room at the reception, presenting a chocolate bar, but it didn't help - they gave her the same one, only she really opened it with a key. And, most likely, they couldn't have given much better for lack of it.
3. There is not even toilet paper in the room, not a single towel. Only cheap soaps and shampoos. I had to go to the reception three times to slow down. As a result, we were given a roll of paper and two small towels for three people (me and two children). There are no duvet covers, only two sheets, as in the reserved seat. They promised to give me tomorrow, which, apparently, never came for them. The bed linen is full of holes, grey in color.
4. The toilet smells of old feces, even worse than it does in public. The toilet door was completely closed to minimize the leakage of odor into the room. I had to take something like whiteness from the cleaner and process it, unbearably.
5. You can only take a shower from the ceiling, which is inconvenient. The water is cool - it is extremely uncomfortable to wash, my child screamed while I tried to wash him with lightning speed.
6. There's dirt all around. The room was not cleaned while we were there for 2 nights.
7. Towels are provided from a rotten wooden rack. The towels themselves are about 20 years old, like those of drunks from the Soviet era - with spots, holes, and fluffy edges.
8. Nutrition. The terrible thing was, the children refused to eat. Personally, I limited myself to sweet tea with rolls and oranges. The dishes are all stained, fingerprints are visible on the plates. Tables are not wiped all the time, as in other hotels, but, apparently, only after the end of the meal time.
9. There may also be no paper in the toilets at the reception and in the dining room, and puddles that no one wipes.
10. Pool with cold water, dirty. I am attaching a photo. I haven't seen anyone swimming. The slides didn't work for us.
11. If the room is near the pool, as recommended above, then there is a loud amateur performance late at night. And if the pool has a better room, then I'm afraid to imagine which room is closer to the reception.
I read in the reviews that they can recommend this hotel only to enemies, personally, I can't even recommend it to enemies!
The beginning of May 2024 is a good hotel. The room and the balcony are spacious. A large wardrobe, a table, bedside tables - a lot of space for things. Refrigerator, TV, air conditioning, safe, bath-shower, toilet-bidet, toiletries, good towels. Beautiful view from the room to two swimming pools and a bar with a bandstand. Decent cuisine, especially dinners. Two beaches - 20 minutes by bus from the hotel. The sandy beach is beautiful - clear water, fish, music, bar, soft sun beds. Those who want to earn extra money are too annoying with their services. The coral beach is small, it costs $ 1 - it is interesting to look at the fish. Be sure to take aquashouses with you. There is practically nowhere to swim here. The hotel is well located - 20-25 min. to the airport. Near the hotel there is a pastry shop, a bakery, a shopping center, shops, restaurants are open until late at night - within walking distance. All souvenirs and gifts were bought here. It's amazing that all this exists in the middle of the desert! Special thanks to all the staff - they are greeted with a smile, ready to help, polite, young, neat, optimistic, good-natured people!
There is no hot water in the room
everything is dirty and the bed linen, curtains, towels, blankets are being destroyed. there are no dishes on the walls in the toilet in the dining room and in the lobby, there are no fictions on the walls
or they are chipped
off there is no beach, they take you to a terrible beach where there is no place, there
is no drinking water, there is no toilet paper
, black mold in the room and bathroom is dangerous to life
on the beach, plus they cheat when they give change
, you can't live in this hotel, but fan san sells tours and solves problems He doesn't want tourists
, the furniture in the lobby and rooms is collapsing and falling apart
. You can't go there with children
Yes, the hotel is old, but if you make friends with the staff, it will be like in a good 3*. Separately, the security service did well... I recommend going to the store at the hotel, a very honest and polite shopkeeper and a professional in jewelry. Cas. Food: the choice is modest, but no one was poisoned. ;) take tea and coffee with you, and they have rolls. The pastries are delicious. In order to pour normally, you need to leave a tip every three days. And don't forget, you are considering hotel 3*
A wonderful three-star hotel! November 2023. The room was cleaned every day! I didn'T leave the restaurant hungry, I had snacks before lunch and dinner. There is a shuttle service to the beach. Sun International beach in the bay of Sharm el Moya (see photo) is small, clean, there are sun beds, under sun shades, in several rads, each row is fixed under a certain hotel, and you do not need to bully the viewer if he asked you to switch to a certain row of sun beds, because I will write again, ROWS THE SUN BEDS ARE SECURED BY CERTAIN HOTELS.
Beaches are changing (I looked at reviews on YouTube), Farsha was once a free beach, in November 2023 they no longer drove to it, several "advanced" pensioners were asked to take them to Farsha for an additional fee. If you have the opportunity to go and try different beaches, be sure to try.
GUIDE Karim is a very specific man. Be prepared that when you really need to call /text him, he will pretend that he is very busy and does not read the messages. This applies to cancellations/replacements of tours. If you paid for the tour and suddenly changed your mind after a couple of days and God forbid you get sick, then the money will not be refunded to you.
So be healthy and relax in a good mood and all the disadvantages will seem like a trifle to you)
It's a terrible hotel! Dirty and full of cockroaches! At the reception, they extort money for rooms and food (on the last day), our flight was at 00-15.lunch was served for money, and money was also demanded for dinner. Mahmoud (from the reception) loves money very much. But he gives you bad numbers for the money. The director covers his employees. The central staircase is very dirty, there is garbage everywhere. There is garbage floating at the bottom of the pool, it is not cleaned. We don't seem to be picky, but of course it's completely unsanitary and chaotic! The dishes are chipped. The linen and towels are dirty. The only plus is the fun animation and of course the beautiful sea!
We recently arrived from this hotel. The last day was completely ruined by Mahmoud at the reception. He asked for money for lunch, so I had to give him the same as for dinner. In the end, he took the money, but he didn't let me have more money for dinner. Although we had a flight at 00:15. That is, this deed is paid for. But he's not in any way. We were hungry, even though we fed the others who were on the plane with us. The rooms were not cleaned, towels of all kinds were seen.cockroaches.the furniture is old.people gave money to get a better room.as a result, the same administration covers each other.
The only advantage of this brooch is its location. Near the old town, a five-minute walk and a nice paid beach. By all other parameters, this is far from even the top three.
You can only get here from lack of knowledge.
I was in shock for the first two days.I tried to move. But because of her own greed, she stayed.
Positive:
1) the service staff who tries to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
2) the location of the hotel
3) lucky to have neighbors in misfortune.Friendly Russian community
Minuses:
1) Dirt. And it's not that they didn't clean it. They were cleaning up. Although when I went to the room, there was an ashtray full of cigarette butts on the balcony.plastic, cockroaches and any garbage from vacationers will be your companions. For some reason, the Libyans and Egyptians decided to put plates out of the room on the floor of the corridor, which they took out of the dining room. And then the cockroaches had an all-inclusive the size of 11 iPhones.
2) Periodically, something does not work in the rooms. My room was an exception. There was no water twice a day, at 8 a.m. and at 6 p.m.
3) Beaches. They're taking you to a sandy beach -it's a puddle. Where else can some sunbed manager chase you from your seat, because the first line of sun beds is for ...Egyptian families . Russians and Belarusians are lying by the toilet in the sun (exaggerating) The second beach is coral.beautiful.the fare to it is 2 bucks. But the transfer can forget you on this beach or on the bus to this very beach, an Arab can smash your face.(the situation is not made up.one of the vacationers could not leave for the reef, as she was punched in the face when she sat down)
4) About the buffet system.I don't eat much, but there's frankly nothing to eat.Rice porridge every morning and an omelet made of dry powder.Lunch is liver, liver and some more liver.Dinner is dry chicken. One of the favorite dishes is tired cucumbers. They are so tired that they look out of the plate and shout:pamagiti .For everything meat or bakery, you stand for a long time with a plate of chips outstretched. If you find a whole dish, consider yourself lucky. In a bar, by a strange coincidence, you constantly end up drinking. Snacks by the pool are breakfast rolls. There is no cheese, sausage or ham. Will it be an ice sprite? It will end after your second glass.Gin? They'll pour it a couple of times and then finish it too.Everything always ends and you have to beg for it.It saves the market at the bottom of the hotel and a restaurant nearby where you can eat and drink.
5) If you are a light sleeper, forget about sleep. Children run around the hotel until 4 am. There 's a knock on the door . Their parents are screaming .the slamming of doors never ends, and already your left eye beats the rhythm for every next knock.Do you want to sleep in the afternoon? Well, no. Music is playing.
Conclusions: a miser pays twice. 7 nights of this paradise cost me 78 thousand rubles per resident.I will recommend the hotel exclusively to my enemies.
We stayed at this hotel from 02.01 to 09.012025, it's a terrible fear. The dirt is wild, the furniture is all broken, the bugs have eaten into the trash, I do not recommend using the word at all. I've been to Egypt a million times, but I never knew there were such disgusting hotels there. Videos are not uploaded here, but just recorded the sea. Plus, the beach is vile and very far away, the second beach is for 2 dollars.
It's the worst hotel I've ever seen in my life. Repair, as if from a garbage dump. The food is from the same place. Never mind the repairs, no one cleans this booth. Dirt, dust, stench, unwashed sheets and blankets with unknown contents dried on them. Words cannot convey this horror. I would never recommend anyone to come here!
We stayed at this hotel in January 2025. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel is terrible, all the furniture is in the trash. If you want to spoil the impression, then you're welcome. The food is even more or less, and everything else is just one big nightmare! I don't recommend it.
Terrible hotel! Complete unsanitary conditions, cockroaches and bedbugs! There is no drinking water, the air conditioners do not work from the word at all!!! There is only one name from the buffet, the toilets are full of... The bottom of the pool is all muddy, mountains of garbage everywhere. This is a disgusting place! One night was enough for us to escape from there! This hotel does not even deserve a 1* star, let alone a 4* Thank you for understanding the guide who helped us with the relocation!!! Dear tourists, never visit this hotel, do not spoil your vacation!
December 2023..the hotel has deteriorated in all respects..the old review can be crossed out! The beach is now paid, $1, cleaning everywhere is bad, food is bad, THERE is NO FRUIT! There's only the sea left, and that's for our money..the water in the room does not really flow and no one is in a hurry to eliminate the shortcomings..I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!!
We rested on 18.12-26.12.2022.Excellent location in the city center, near the Genena City shopping center, 800 meters from the sandy beach. Every day by bus (15 min) they take you to the reef, near the Farsha cafe and the Faraana resort hotel-admission is free for us, the reef is excellent. There is Wi-fi near the reception, you can use messengers and social networks. The sandy beach of Naama Bay for the guests of our hotel is a small piece of beach next to the beach of the Marina hotel. A hotel for complete optimists! Thanks to the bay, there was NO wind on the "Mince" or on the sandy beach of naama Bay! The weather at the end of December was comfortable +25-27 degrees, the water +25. It is already cold at sea after 16h, but you can be in the sun from morning to 16h without a day break. In the evenings, only a hoodie and jeans are needed! Animation on Minced Meat beach daily -yoga + stretching and in the sea type of fun games + aerobics.
Upon exiting the hotel and from the outdoor veranda there is a beautiful view of Naama Bay. Also, one of the advantages is the close proximity to the Genena City shopping center, you can get to the Old City by minibus and to the Soho area. The tour operator Biblio Globus organized a free 4-hour tour of Gorda with a visit to the Orthodox Coptic church, mosque, oil factory, shopping center. Staying at the hotel, for all its simplicity, left the most positive memories! I recommend the hotel if you are buying a tour at a low price!
There is nothing to do at breakfast, eggplants, their tasteless sausage, translucent omelet. At lunch, you can already grab pasta with sauce, and fish. At dinner, everything is very tasty, then grilled chicken, then beef sausages (I had to stand in line for 10 minutes to wait until they were fried, but they do it slowly, just stand and talk to each other), oranges, baked potatoes, rice, pasta.
They take you to the free beach (the shore looks like a dump with torn sun beds). You can go to the paid beach for $ 1, a lot of fish and good sun beds.
There were constantly not enough clean towels. When they gave the room, there was dust on the bedside tables and in them, and something had been spilled and frozen in the refrigerator for a long time. The bed linen is clean.
Now, on 12/13/2023, I am here.Fitness hotel, I went to breakfast, tasteless porridge, cereals, a small omelette, stale cucumbers. The staff tries hard, smiles, tea, coffee is poured. There is no beer in the bar, only local rum can be drunk, tequila tastes like technical alcohol.I paid 5 dollars extra for the room so that there was a second floor, and no one harassed me, I couldn't get into the room, the lock, ancient as Egypt itself, sticks with a bolt from the balcony door, it was the bolt that struck the imagination, I attach a photo. It is no longer possible to go to Holiday 4*, the owners are different now. There's really a film on the water in the pool, it's squeamish. They now take you to coral beach for $ 1.The sandy beach is free, you can walk. There is hot water in the room, shampoo and soap 3 pcs upon arrival. For dinner, a delicious chicken kebab, borscht broth, a lot of lime, something that I want to praise.I took a budget tour for 32t, others for 28t.The view of the bay is beautiful, I think it was once very nice here. There is no greenery on the territory, three palm trees stick out of the tiles.I took the bed from home, you can buy scented candles here.Naama Bay is below, and as a famous football player once said:Your expectations, uh, are your problems.
We stayed at the hotel from 23.10.23 to 30.10.23 (7 nights), a family of 3 people, the hotel was bought as a 4-star, all inclusive (the same information was indicated in the voucher).
We travel a lot, have been to many countries, including Egypt, and in various hotels, both budget and luxury 5*.We were in India in North Goa, where in many hotels the presence of air conditioning and TV is already a gift of fate, but in these countries you do not expect more, but you fly with other goals, and not for comfortable conditions.
The decision to fly to Egypt on vacation was spontaneous, it was only 7 days and they did not consider flying to Asia with a long flight. The price for 7 nights is not very high, but I can't say that it is quite budget-friendly (approximately for the same price in mid-May 2023 we were in Turkey in a 5-star hotel for 9 nights).
This hotel in Sharm el Sheikh does not correspond to either 4* or even 3*. This is a 2* hotel. Let's talk about everything in more detail:
Our family and another tourist arrived at the hotel around 16 o'clock. They got into the rooms right away. The hotel consists of two buildings: the main 3-storey building, where there are rooms for living, reception, lobby bar and restaurant, and the second two-storey building, where there are only rooms for living. We were settled (however, like everyone else before and after visiting guests) in a two-story building in a room on the second floor. At the moment, there was a small cosmetic repair in the building and it smelled very strongly of paint, which scared me, considering that my spouse has bronchial asthma. The room turned out to have 2 single beds, provided that we are 3 adults and absolutely not cleaned (a layer of dust, dirty floor, plumbing, mirrors). Let me remind you once again that only one person came with us, while the hotel was filled up by no more than 20% and to prepare 2 rooms in advance, I think there was plenty of time. I had to go back to the reception and tell them about the problems that had arisen, first of all, that there were 2 beds in the room, and we were 3 people. It turned out that the administrator does not solve such problems and immediately dialed the hotel guide (Intourist) from his phone. The guide said that all problems are easily solved and offered to move to another hotel (4*), paying an additional $ 50 per day. So, if that's what I came to the 4* hotel.... To which the guide replied that this is the most budget economy class hotel... Today it is impossible to move, only tomorrow, and he does not know how to sleep on 2 beds for 3 adults... Then, however, I asked to return the phone to the administrator, after which we were given a key to another room. The room was also in a two-story building, but on the ground floor. There were already 3 beds in this room, the same dirt and a complete lack of hot water... I had to go back to the administrator for ressepshen again. In the second case, he did almost the same thing, only he also told the guide to calm us down, so we don't let him work (the question is, what is his job then?). The guide started being rude into the phone, said to move away from the administrator, they don't behave like that, be content with what they have and move to rixis if we are so picky (although we needed only 3 beds instead of 2 and the availability of hot water to wash from the road). As a result, after all the arguments (the time is about 21 hours, and we arrived about 16 hours), we were thrown the keys to 4 vacant rooms and offered to choose for ourselves. All rooms had 3 beds (the question is why was a room with 2 beds originally provided?). But the hot water was only in one room out of 4, and we stayed in it. The rooms are all old (there is no handle somewhere, something does not open), dirty, plumbing (toilet and bath) with yellow spots, the mirror in the closet is broken, the TV remote control does not work (as a result, it is not needed, since there are no Russian channels at all), there is a refrigerator (works), hair dryer (seems to work), air conditioning (works).
There are 2 bars in the hotel: a lobby bar and a bar near the pools (2 pools with different depths, of the disadvantages in many places there are no floor tiles and you can damage your leg and stairs with 2 steps, which causes difficulties when entering and exiting). What the hotel provides according to the all-inclusive system: 2 types of drinks by the type of YUPPI, water, fanta (not always available), kolla, sprite (not always available), tea, coffee, alcoholic beverages only local spirits (rum, gin, vodka, whiskey) beer and wine is only on a paid basis!!! Accordingly, there is practically no one in the bars.
Food: Reading the previous reviews and seeing that they write that the hungry did not go, I thought that we were not particularly picky and everything should be fine, but no, we really went hungry, in my opinion we still can't eat since arrival 😄
Breakfast: scrambled eggs (fried in portions) were only 2 times out of 7 days. Pancakes (not really, but edible) 2-3 times all the time.
As a result, on the table: pepper stewed, beans, carrots stewed, spinach stewed, flakes (1 type), but no milk, cucumbers, one type of sausage and cheese (local, in my opinion, not edible, who was in Egypt will understand) and 3 types of buns (medium), tea drinks, coffee, water, YUPPIE. Tea and coffee, by the way, are only for breakfast, lunch and dinner are not included!!!!
Lunches and dinners are also not so good. There are 3 types of stewed vegetables, always rice/bulgur, potatoes are often stewed (there have never been fries). For lunch and dinner, as a rule, one type of fish (cheap slightly bitter), once for dinner there was tuna. Chicken not always, beef once all the time. Pasta is often cooked for dinner (medium). There were no cucumbers and cabbage from fresh vegetables, no tomatoes. There were no sauces. When there was chicken, we ate it and some side dish plus cucumbers, if there was no chicken, we went to a restaurant on the street. For breakfast, also mostly, when there were no scrambled eggs and pancakes, we went to a nearby pastry shop and bought fresh pastries, cheesecakes. We bought fruits (mango, guava). For all the time, fruit was given only 2 times, melon, in portions, 2 pieces per person.
There is no cleaning in hotels, even on request. On the first day, they caught the cleaner themselves and asked for a small fee to clean. In the following days, the keys were left at the reception with a request to clean the room and money in the room, in the end nothing... If it was really dirty (2 times all the time), they searched the hotel independently for a cleaner, gave him the keys and money, but they cleaned up well, even the door with a broken mirror was replaced for a fee and the windows, which apparently had not been washed for more than a year, were washed.
Beach: The hotel does not have its own beach. The sea is not far away, you can go down the hill (it didn't bother us much, but those who have health problems may have problems - 138 steps, my husband counted them), after a little walk (10 minutes) and the beaches of other hotels begin in front of you, you can stay on them for $ 1.5 per person. The hotel itself has a shuttle service to other beaches with which they have a contract. However, the transfer is infrequent: 2 times a day at 10 h and 14 h. So the beaches to which the transfer is organized:
1 Delta beach. Not a bad sandy beach, you can walk on your own (20-25 minutes), but there is also a transfer. You can not go to the beach with your own food and drinks (things are examined at the entrance), since there is a paid bar on the beach. However, on the last day we were asked to leave the beach or pay $ 1.5 per person, arguing that the hotel broke the contract with them, so I don't know if it will be possible to use this beach in the future.
2 Farge beach. I can't say anything about it, only according to the reviews of tourists that the beach is good, but you can't walk on your own. The first 3 days we were on excursions and did not get to the beach, and then we said that there were problems, without specifying what plan and the beach is no longer available to hotel guests.
3. The beach located in the old town. A good sandy beach, but few sun loungers and a long road (15-20 minutes by transfer). With the condition that the return transfer is at 14.30, and lunch from 13-15
As a result: an economy hotel with disgusting food, old and dirty rooms with no private beach. Considering all of the above, I can conclude that the hotel corresponds to 2*. Can I recommend it if you get it for a little money? probably not more than yes. With small children, there is probably nothing to do in it at all. The only advantage of the hotel is its location, in the center of Naomi Bay.
We had a good rest, as the sea was beautiful (warm, clean, calm), especially if you do not take into account that you have everything included and pay for the nearby beach. Almost every day we went on excursions (of course, we did not buy at three expensive from the hotel guide, but on the street). We often went to local restaurants (everything was delicious), had breakfast in a nearby pastry shop, bought alcohol (champagne, wine, beer, snacks) in stores, as well as fruits. That is, we closed our eyes to the fact that we have everything included, minimized our stay in hotels and the rest was a success.
If you don't want to spoil your vacation, don't come to this hotel. Terrible food, there is always nothing on the bar, dirt everywhere, the staff goes without uniforms (it is not clear who is in front of you a tourist or a staff member)
Cleaning is done by spraying the floor from a plastic bottle and rubbing the contents with a mop. Of course, I saw a lot, but this is the first time... there is not even a coffee station, coffee in the dining room, yes yes yes - it is in the dining room!!!!and not in a restaurant, they pour freeze-dried cheap in a paper cup in front of you.We spent the whole vacation buying food for ourselves in stores. In the san node, the water flows in a thin trickle - it is simply unrealistic to wash. Balcony doors do not close - 4 rooms were changed (eventually resigned) I don't recommend it in any case, no way. It's better to pay extra and buy yourself a ticket to a normal hotel
Awful.they fled on the third day.unsanitary conditions. The staff doesn't seem to care about the guests.the smell of sewage does not fade in principle. The hotel is aimed only at locals. They take you to the beach in a crowded old bus where everyone sits almost on top of each other. The food is just disgusting
This is the first time I am writing a review about the hotel, but it is about him that I want to write. This hotel is just dying of old age. Being in the heart of Sharm el Sheikh and in the most beautiful place of Naam Bay, he could be the best of the best. Complete ruin and poor food, making this hotel a place to stay overnight. From the hotel they take you to two gorgeous beaches. Free beach "Hala" and 1 dollar "Minced meat" .This is what decorated the whole vacation! There is a heated pool, even included aqua slides))) If you are not interested in a hotel vacation... then take a chance.
Now at the hotel. They haven't been cleaned since 16.10. To get a towel, I was scandalized - they barely gave me one big one. They don't change it. There were no two days for the beach. I got it on the third - it's better not to take it. Otherwise they won't give you any more. Water was not brought to the room even once. Three days were not allowed on the beach of Naama Bay! They only take you by bus. Inconvenient - to the beach at 10.00 and at 14.00 back at 14.30 and at 17.30 - the most dangerous time in the sun. Plus - a good Wi-Fi at the reception.

We went with a friend, he is not whimsical about food from the word at all, but he surprised me greatly when he said that it was simply not possible to eat this food. The hotel of the 80s looks like everything is broken and dirty! It is better to overpay 20 thousand rubles and you will live much better!
We rested at the hotel from 25
.04.23 years old, for the first time we took a C, this is an economy option, we knew what we were going for, of course we can't compare with a five.We arrived at night, we had to pay extra so that we would not sit at the reception until 2 p.m. the next day.The food is tolerable, there is little meat, the breakfasts are of the same type. The staff is friendly. It's bad the beaches are far from the hotel, they drive on time, it's not very convenient!!!! On the Zidan beach, I offered excursions , much cheaper than the guide from Pegasus, makes good discounts, I recommend it!!!We were on the Yacht, we really enjoyed the tour!
The most terrible hotel. There is dirt and unsanitary conditions all around. The service is completely missing. There is no private beach. It is not suitable for living at all.
There's nothing to do at breakfast and lunch, not even scrambled eggs. Dinner is good. The hotel has been working only for Arabs for two years, the horror is complete.Animation, if there is one, is in Egyptian. If only across the sea, then it will do
We had a rest from September 27 to October 6, 2021. An ordinary old three-piece that has been waiting for repair for a long time. The rooms are large and spacious, the furniture has everything you need, we lived on the 3rd floor, we had a large terrace (on the 1st and 2nd floors there are small balconies). We did not stop at the cleanest room, they are cleaned in a hurry. Only 2 soaps and a roll of toilet paper were put out of the same bag, there was nothing else. The room is cleaned only on request (hung a sign on the door, cleaned, not hung, not cleaned). I have to ask for toilet paper, they don't bring it themselves. Towels were given out clean, 3 pieces per person, but it is clear that we are far from the first to use them. There are many minor breakdowns in the rooms: the light bulb burned out, the balcony door is broken, the lock in the bathtub and so on.
The staff is very friendly and courteous, if they are well treated, then they are well (the usual human factor).
The bar serves drinks in tiny plastic cups, 2 pcs per hand at a time.
In 9 days, animation was performed 3 times in the evening, although the schedule was hung for every day.
The Internet works only at the reception and then not always, it is bad to pull a large connection of people and workers often turn it off for several hours during the day.
I can't attribute the food to either a minus or a plus, it's delicious, but there is catastrophically little choice and it's the same every day. On 3-4 days it is simply impossible to eat, I want a variety. Rice, pasta, chicken, fish and sometimes liver. You will not be hungry, but you will never remember about homemade food))
You can pour water into your own bottles. 0.5 per person, if you give a liter or a half cup, half will be poured. They say the policy of the hotel is like this.
The hotel has 2 beaches, sandy and coral. The bus takes you there and back according to the schedule. We have never had any problems with sun beds. There are workers on the beaches who will help you find a place. The sandy beach is easier to reach on foot than by bus in circles. It takes about 10 minutes to walk. They check bags on the beach, you can't take food and drinks, like you have to take them to a cafe where the prices are exorbitant, we went around the beach so as not to show the bags.
I found 2 of the biggest and most significant disadvantages for myself. 1) There IS NO HOT WATER IN the hotel!!! Generally... There is barely a warm one, it feels like the water tanks are heating up in the sun and we wash with it. We dreamed about hot water for all 9 days. 2) the hotel is located very high above the street, the view is beautiful, but you have to make an effort to get down and then up. But you won't get better with such a daily workout.
The locals all speak badly about the hotel. They say that it is very expensive, but at the same time it is straight fu, you can find much better and cheaper.
In general, the hotel is not very good, but if you are going on excursions, to the sea and the sun and you don't care where to live, then why not. Otherwise, it's better to look for another place.
If you don't want to spoil the whole vacation, then don't take this hotel. I have been since 16.10.2023, this is the worst option and all that I have seen!
Hello. rest time 12- 10.22.21
I have never written any reviews or travel reports, although my family and I love to travel. Reviews about hotels have always been treated carefully, but later they realized that sometimes people make a big deal out of a molehill or the information does not correspond to reality at all. It was not the first time we went to Sharm el Sheikh and we went as to good old friends and would never have thought that this time the negative reviews about the hotel would turn out to be a harsh reality. Therefore, this time I decided to write a review to somehow warn people about Cliff Charm, what kind of trouble they can expect there.
I'll start with the little things. I wouldn't even think about them, but once I started to explain them, then I'll be consistent. CHECK-IN. It happened at 2 a.m., we registered with a child of 7 years old almost the first, but we had to wait until our entire group registered. Why not start handing out keys right away and putting people by their numbers?? After all, the administrator had two assistants under his command who could escort guests to their rooms at such a late hour. The young guy at the reception answered our questions about why we were not allowed in the room that it was such a SYSTEM! But this is a very worthless System if it is aimed at the comfort of customers who have paid money, but at complicating the conditions of rest. Subsequently, we heard this word SYSTEM from the hotel staff more than once. And everywhere it was associated with inconveniences, deception, disgusting service.
The room in the suite is, I must say, not bad, spacious. Nice balcony. But again, there were three of us with a child, but they didn't put a third towel or a third pillow for us. But they brought it at the first request. This was our only fulfilled request to the staff regarding the room. Subsequently, we asked at the reception to take out at least the garbage – there is zero reaction! The garbage was simply put out in the corridor and it was not immediately taken away, but someone took it away. For the first time during our travels, we did not see ordinary soap in the room, let alone shampoo. Then we asked for toilet paper. They promised to bring some napkins, but they didn't bring anything. There was no question about cleaning the room, we talked with the hotel guests, they told us that they had the same situation. They don't wash the floors, they don't sweep, THEY DON't!! The linen also does not change . We saw how people constantly brawl at the reception because of this, but they themselves did not ask for anything, so as not to spoil their mood on vacation.
There is no hot water in the room. It's pouring so warm and that's it.
As for nutrition, probably everyone already knows from reviews that it is so-so in Cliff. We take it calmly and were ready for it. We understand that we have taken an inexpensive hotel and it is stupid to demand any delicacies. We ate fried eggs, some cereal with milk, cakes, a couple of pieces of cheese for breakfast, sometimes chicken and go ahead to conquer the beautiful depths of the Red Sea. We even came for lunch 1-2 times during the whole vacation. The rest of the time is spent at sea or on excursions. But the whole point lies in the special cynical sophistication of the hotel owner in organizing such meals. First, it is a huge problem to drink hot tea or coffee!. It was the first time we saw such squalor. There is only one old, miserable, antediluvian water heating tank for the entire hotel. One employee gives out this tea hot, he also gives out water, drinks, alcoholic beverages. Imagine the queue that lines up in the morning, at lunch and especially at dinner! You also need to stand in a big queue for scrambled eggs or pancakes. Yes, they fry mostly not liver, not chicken, but pancakes)). The portions are meager. It turns out that a person will stand in a decent queue – and he has one fried egg. Gorgeous!!
But the most squeaky thing is that this water heater tank is small, and the hotel is big)) It turns out that people are standing in line and bang – the hot water in the tank is running out ... The workers at the distribution pour it in and you have to wait until the tank heats up again. We have not seen this anywhere, I repeat, that a 3-star hotel could not afford a water heater. Not drinking coffee or tea in peace is, of course, a trend of the CLIFF. But if you think that's all, then you're wrong))) And the most funny thing is that this tank with boiling water is being taken away for dinner (!!!) Down to the bar on the ground floor!!! It turns out that if you want tea, first get yourself some food, and then be kind enough to go down to the first floor for that tea or coffee! And then back to the whole family with boiling water upstairs! Here is such a quest. Have you ever seen something like this?
Well, now we are getting to the sweetest from the owner of the Cliff. To his single or hit, as it is more correct to say, I do not know. We quickly got our bearings in such a bad situation in the hotel's "restaurant" and realized that we had to come to the very beginning of breakfast, dinner, otherwise you would lose time, nerves and all your appetite. Do you know why we realized this??)) Because at the beginning of the holiday, we stayed a little late for dinner. And what do you think, we were waiting for another unpleasant respect from the owner of the Cliff. And it consisted in the fact that there were not enough forks and plates! Yes, yes, you heard right. We read about it in the reviews, but we did not expect that this could happen in reality. We thought , well, maybe some temporary failures. But no, the Cliff restaurant does not have enough plates and forks for hotel guests. People come to eat and have to wait for others to eat, these cutlery will be washed, taken out and then it will be possible to queue for distribution…That's such a tin. Listen, the hotel owner can't buy 70 plates and forks, seriously?? It is impossible to explain such an attitude of the owner by anything other than disregard, irresponsibility towards the hotel guests. It is clear that the staff is not to blame for anything. In what working conditions the owner puts him, that's how the guys are forced to work. If there is no conventional, modern water heating tank, no forks, plates, if they are not given toilet paper, there is no change of linen in the proper amount, then what will they do? To buy all of the above with your own money, from your salary?
I'll finish about the food and the hotel restaurant. Tables are very poorly wiped and, most importantly, slowly. Again, you will be late, you will wait for plates, forks, and then you will still walk, wander in search of a free, clean table. Crows dominate on the veranda, where you can have a snack in the fresh air. People got up, ate, no one is in a hurry to clean up the food- and now the crows have swooped in. It's like a divine painting from a hotel in Naama Bay. A business card, so to speak, with a Liffa. Although, the hotel has a divine view of the city from this open attic, from a height, it is really cool. Both during the day and at night. Well, is there really nothing you can do to make the crows take over where people eat....
It is impossible to call the owner of such a hotel anything but a disgrace. This is a person who needs to lose all conscience in order to treat people who pay him money in this way. It is clear that this person skillfully uses the situation when it is impossible to go to court and demand compensation from him for non-fulfillment of the terms of service. But this is another story, why our interests are not protected in any way in the travel agreements of our CIS countries.
In the meantime, I continue to describe this soft thrash called Cliff Charm. There is still the most interesting thing ahead.
So, everyone knows that from Cliff they take you to the beach in Hadaba, and you can walk nearby to the beach in Naama Bay, which is called Kalimera. We know Naama Bay well and like to walk there. We come to this Calimera in the morning, on the first day of rest, and what do you think? There, the guards tell us that they say we have to come by bus!!!! And so we don't miss... no, well, are you guys normal?? But we are experienced travelers, we stood there....and went abruptly to the beach, settled down. Well, we think maybe some kind of guard is a fool, he has nothing to do. However, the benefit continued. Around one o'clock in the afternoon, another handsome man comes up and reports to us that by 14.45 their beach is closing, and they will have a wedding! These are the Egyptian everyday life. We arrived, flew thousands of kilometers away, paid a lot of money for all this by Egyptian standards, and it turns out they are having a wedding. And tomorrow is nothing, there will be no birthdays or funerals, won't there? It's good that we were going on a boat trip that day anyway, and therefore we didn't lose anything from that wedding. On the same day, talking with other guests at the hotel, we were surprised to learn that they had been informed that Kalimera Beach would not work for several days at all and would only be taken to Hadaba. No one informed us about anything like this, they nodded at the reception that everything was fine, the wedding was over, you can go quietly to the beach. Here is such a mess, confusion, lack of any organization going on in Cliff.
But the continuation of the Marlaison ballet follows.
The next morning, happy and joyful, we move back to Kalimera and what do you think? Again, there was a skirmish at the checkpoint with the security of the beach, which, by the way, belongs to the MARINA hotel. Again, they are telling us nonsense about some kind of bus, which, by the way, did not exist from Cliff that day. Again, the mood is spoiled, again we have passed in half with grief. We understand that something is wrong with the owner of the Cliffa with the owner of the Marina to pay for the rental of the beach. And in fact, people who came and paid money suffer, and this is a huge minus in the karma of the owner of the Cliff Sharm hotel, who for some reason is not able to settle his affairs, so that it would not be reflected on the reputation of the hotel. A couple of hours pass, and the beach guard comes to us again and what do you think, they already demand us to get off the beach, they say we have some problems with Cliff. Here my angelic patience is bursting and I start to sort things out loudly with this guard. After a couple of minutes, he runs away, and I certainly still can't figure out what the problem is. Then- peace, grace, we continue to swim, sunbathe, enjoy life. A couple of hours later, the owner or manager of the MARINA hotel or one of the top managers, a rather pleasant man, comes up to us, to the sunbed in full dress. He politely asks me what kind of scandal happened with my guards, what is the reason, we communicate nicely. It turns out that yes, the owner of the CLIFF has some problems with payment, but no one is kicking us out and everything will be fine, you just need to take a ticket at the Cliff reception to get to the Calimera. He even made a note in his notebook that he would always be allowed to go to the beach from our room. It's good that I'm not so gullible and in my heart I realized that it won't end so easily with this Kalimera this time. So, later it turned out.
And so we smoothly approach that very moment, after which I was really shocked and all those troubles that I described above were really a trifle for us. It was after this incident that I decided to write this very negative review of the Cliff Charm Hotel. So, the next day, after breakfast, we turn to the reception desk, of course, no one gives us any ticket, but they assure us that everything is fine, go ahead, they will let you through to the Calimera. That's such irresponsibility.
Well, as you can guess, they slow us down again at the entrance to Kalimera, although they see that we are with a child. Another skirmish, another showdown, about the fact that I talked to the boss yesterday, this guard, of course, knows nothing. Of course, we could have broken through again, but we already had to figure it out to the end and so we went back to the Cliff, because the guard said that, they say, we are responsible for the Marina, we are the protection of the Marina beach, and Cliff did not order us. That's the way it is.
And who knows, it seems that it's not far from Cliff to walk to the beach once, but if you go back with all the beach bags again, and climb the steps, and there are 138 of them, then this is a very dubious pleasure. That's how they didn't let us go to the beach, to the beach, access to which was guaranteed to us by the tour operator, guaranteed by the Cliff Hotel, the description of which is in all the avenues to this hotel!!
Okay, we go back to Cliff in a state of shock, we go to the reception, they say, what the hell is this, because you said yesterday that the entrance to Kalimera would be free. From the reception desk, we are referred to the head of security at Cliffa – Ahmed on this issue. At least that's how he introduced himself. This Ahmed immediately calls Kalimera, as we understand it, and begins to find out why they didn't let us through. And just a couple of minutes later he tells us that he has agreed everything about us, go back to the KALIMERA, they will LET you through without any problems, you will only tell us the number of your apartment. That's such a mess, the DISGUSTING organization of the rest of the hotel guests. Well, what to do, let's go back to this Calimera, we lost about an hour of our precious rest. We didn't even think that we would have to participate in such a showdown in Egypt, find out something, spoil our mood. And all this is thanks to the owner, the management of the Cliff Sharm hotel, thanks to their incompetence, irresponsibility, unwillingness to deal with the problems of the hotel somehow. I just don't see any other reasons for such lawlessness when guests are not allowed on the beach.
It so happened that after that, until the last day of our departure, we did not go to Kalimera anymore, but began to take the Hotel bus to Farsha Beach, in the Hadaba area. By the way, it's a very good place. The beach with its authentic museum, an excellent underwater reef, you can go with a child from a sandy beach, you can dive from a pontoon. Although there are some nuances there. The sun beds on the Minced meat are already battered, although I have not seen any broken ones, there are many sun beds under the scorching sun, umbrellas are poorly installed and few places. Fortunately, we are experienced travelers, we immediately got our bearings, found 3 sun beds for ourselves and always, arriving by the first bus, they were occupied by the same ones. If you arrive by the second bus, it is impossible to find comfortable sun beds. According to the schedule, the first bus to Hadaba from the hotel should leave at 8.25, but he left the hotel before 8.00, because the bus was full. We didn't even leave such a nice beach for lunch. We gathered a snack in advance and fully, until sunset, indulged in sea rest until 17 o'clock.
In general, to sum up, the main thing that disappointed me about Cliff was these annoying misunderstandings -1. THEY DID NOT LET KALIMER ONTO THE BEACH (the terrifying organization of access for guests with CLiffa), 2. The lack of enough plates and forks in the restaurant (hotel guests waiting for plates is something), 3. The lack of easy access to boiling water, hot tea and coffee (it's just a game to have one old, crumpled water heater a tank for the whole rather big hotel. Let the owner of the hotel contact me in feedback, I will give him a loan for the purchase of 2 modern water heaters, which are freely available in every normal hotel). 4. Complete lack of cleaning and linen change in the rooms, floors are not washed in general in the building where the reception is.(It was only on the last day of our stay that we saw that we started mopping the floors on the first floor of the building with a reception, we hired some guys) 5. Garbage is not taken out of the rooms at all. 6. There is no soap in the rooms, toilet paper is not provided. 6. There is no hot water in the room. 7. Tables in the restaurant are poorly cleaned and wiped.
By the way, there is also no soap in the toilet on the beach in Kalimera. But this is the beach of the five-star Marina hotel. Here's the deal…
There is also one such employee of the Cliff Hotel. During the day, he works on the beach in Hadaba, in the evening he sometimes stands at the distribution of water and drinks. A rather harmful type, on the beach he often swears with his partners, and at the distribution in the restaurant he clamps an extra glass of water to people. In front of me, the woman did not pour a second tiny bottle of water. Says this trivial word- SYSTEM. I tell him - is the lack of plates, forks, and non–cleaning in the rooms also such a system? In response, he is silent. And, remarkably, he walks without a badge, although all the staff have badges. Apparently, someone from the owner's relatives and already a well-known personality in the reviews about the hotel. I'll send him a photo.
Summing up my opus, I want to note that no matter how hard some representatives of the Egyptian tourist system tried to spoil our vacation this time, they failed. We swam more than ever, filmed a lot of videos of corals and the underwater world of the Red Sea, saw the Pyramids and the Sphinx with our own eyes, looked at what Cairo and the Suez Canal are, crossed the tunnel from Asia to Africa And back, rode a boat on the river-the ancestor of human civilization – the Nile, took boat trips on the The Red Sea.
We are in no way disappointed in the Egyptians. There are also different people among them. They are very similar to us, Russian-speaking peoples, in many ways. But that's another story. And I left my review so that people going to the Cliff Sharm Hotel would be prepared. It is clear that now the prices of this hotel are the most favorable and many people decide to go there in order to save money. But forewarned means armed. Take a boiler, toilet paper, soap with you to the Cliff, try to come to dinner in advance, for 5-10 minutes, they sometimes open the restaurant early to get plates and forks. The same thing, if you go to Hadaba, it is better to take the first bus, so it will be easier for yourself to take places on that beach. Ideally, it turns out to be better to have plastic forks with you. Deep down, I hope that the hotel management will read my review and buy at least plates, forks, and toilet paper for the guests.
I have already voiced my proposal to the hotel management about water heating combines above.
We arrived at the hotel at 6.30, checked in only at 14.50. Arguing, not with a working electrician. We settled in, dust, dirt everywhere, the room was "washed" in a hurry, the furniture is broken, has traces of flooding. Food... You will get tired of her on day 3, on the second day we were all tied to the toilet, this is Africa, everything here wants to kill you). Beautiful beach, reefs, fish. We left for 40 thousand for two, it's not worth paying more for this hotel. Rooms were prepared for us, which had not been lived in since the cancellation of flights by Russian tourists. During the rain, there is a flood in the room.
It's better not to go with a girl for romance, there is no hot water, a lot of things don't work in the rooms, the food is sometimes good and sometimes rotten. The way from the hotel to the embankment is scary and dangerous in the late evening. If guys or pensioners are not spoiled or there is no money at all for a good hotel, then this hotel will do, the main thing is the sea and the sun. I haven't seen any cockroaches, there are very few mosquitoes.
Cons: no hot water, dirty murdered room, no cleaning in the room at all, not everyone is given towels and toilet paper, no Russian-speaking TV channels, weak Wi-Fi at the reception, disgusting monotonous food, dirty wet plates and a queue for a plate and tasteless powdered coffee, diluted nasty alcohol, dead sunbeds on the corral the beach. We had a rest in November 21.
Positive. Warm sun, clean and beautiful sea on the coral beach. If you take an Orange SIM card for $ 10, you can use the Internet without problems everywhere, send videos and photos, but you can't call on WhatsApp!!!, Yandex navigator works well.
Another plus is that you will not get fat from such food!!!
Summary: rest in a hotel for connoisseurs of the sea, the sun and who turn a blind eye to the service at the hotel.

We had a rest in September 2021. The usual three, I can't say anything bad or super good. We had enough food, almost always fish, chicken, sausage, sometimes beef. The drinks are so-so. The rooms are old, but everything works. There are 2 beaches at the hotel: sandy and coral. Do not take guided tours, it is 2 times cheaper on the street and the same thing. We borrowed from Mohamed at Ema tours, I recommend it
It's a terrible place. Boorish staff who beg for everything, like bo.. well ... in no case do not go there ... you will just lose money and time!!! This is the bottom of the whole world. I've never seen anything worse. Even water is sold instead of all inclusive
We had a rest in early May with a friend. I liked the room, it was on the ground floor opposite the pool, very convenient. The food at the hotel is bad. With water too, you need to buy. I liked the animator girls, Vika and Olya. They were very attentive to the vacationers, always conscientiously did their job, despite the fact that sometimes there were few vacationers to participate in the events.
Dead numbers. The service is disgusting. Dirty towels will not be changed until you ask for them. And then you have to wait for 3 hours for 4 stars, and in fact 3 with a minus. The food is tasteless. Fruits include watery green melons, dried oranges, and watermelons. And then these fruits are only 1 time a day. The plates and spoons are greasy. I'm not talking about alcohol. The attitude of the waiters and the service of the staff is disgusting. On the day of departure, they were evicted at 12. The bracelets were cut off. The plane was delayed for 10 hours. They told me to sit in a stuffy reception without air conditioning and wait. They refused to feed, because the bracelets were cut off and they did not even want to give drinking water for free. Do not be fooled by excursions, safaris and scuba diving from the hotel. In the city and on the beach, it's all cheaper by $ 10. I don't advise anyone.
The rooms are super, the food is not very good, there is animation, well, it is not carried out, they do not give water to the room , the service is so-so , it is far from the beach this hotel has a host who has 2 hotels 2 sharm holiday there, it is much better
I stayed at the hotel for 12 days. There is no room service at all. Upon check-in, the room was clean, 2 towels, soap, hairdryer, toilet paper (not everyone has) nothing else. The room has not been cleaned once, it is useless to talk. The food is monotonous, but it is cooked normally. Good animation, location, beaches.
The hotel clearly does not pull for 4 *, the usual three, everything is old in the rooms, they did not starve with food, but there is little tasty either. Alcohol is clearly without turnover)))The hotel clearly needs to be checked!
