Very!!! Everything on the menu is a delight! Very tasty! The price is low-cost, and the taste is excellent! We tried Uzbek cuisine in different places, in different cities, but we liked Bo-Bo the most. It's easy to find, it's near Registan. They were in early April 2025. Rakhmat!

The most delicious pilaf I have tasted in Uzbekistan (compare with Tashkent (pilaf center), Bukhara (The Plov)) In the morning, only pilaf is on the menu, by default they carry salad with pilaf, etc. In the evening, lagman and shurpa, maybe something else. It's a family-run place, with a couple of tables in the courtyard. Not here for interiors, here for food. 100 thousand soums - lunch for two came out.

I strongly do not recommend it. Cheated out of money. There is no menu with prices. They asked for 4 lagmans, 1 pilaf. They brought Lagman a microportion, as it turned out later for 40,000. A portion of pilaf, for which they wanted to charge 180,000 from us! Claiming that the portion is large. They tried to force salads and pickles on us, and they brought them, even though we didn't order them. Where do these prices come from??? We have been in Uzbekistan for a week, we have not seen such prices in restaurants!! A BRAZEN DECEPTION! This is the first time we've encountered this here. It's a disgusting place

Despite all the unsightliness of this institution, the food there is very tasty. The pilaf is gorgeous, and, to my taste, it's even tastier in the evening. The atmosphere of a private courtyard, clothes are drying on ropes, the owner's children are playing, toys are scattered... There are a couple of wooden tables and benches. There is no menu, or rather there are pictures of dishes without a price designation, so it is advisable to find out the cost in advance. The price for the same dishes is different every time.) The Shurpa is peculiar, three icebergs float in the broth, a piece of beef, radish, and carrot). But, all the same, it's very tasty, though the radish and carrot remained in the plate. Together with my wife, we ate for the first time at 50k. sum, then 120, then a couple of times for 50. A large portion of pilaf, but under the salad and tea goes with a bang. The choice of dishes is small, shurpa, lagman, pilaf, salad and tea.

I didn't get any food. Five minutes and everything is ready dragged on for almost half an hour. When the lagman was brought, it turned out that it was a mess. They did not eat. The most delicious pilaf in Uzbekistan! Fragrant, crumbly, with raisins and chickpeas. It's been a month since the trip, but I'll remember the pilaf in this oshkhana for a long time) Each dish is served with a plate of vegetables, bread and a kettle of tea with bowls. The whole family cooks and serves it, and the place is more popular with the locals. The interior and amenities, however, will be rather a novelty 😁 The next morning we came to the very opening to see how pilaf is cooked. The hospitable brothers showed and explained everything. Thank you very much! Prosperity to your oshkhana! I hope to return to Samarkand again 😊

There is only one minus - for tourists, the price of any dish is 40k (there has never been meat for several days), which does not even correspond to the level of the institution, for locals the price is several times lower. It turned out that for us it was the most expensive food in Uzbekistan - in Bukhara and Tashkent, it turned out to be noticeably cheaper in restaurants and pilafs.

The rather nondescript interior hides quite tasty food - pilaf, kebabs, salad "achik-chuchuk" ("shakarob"). The price is adequate, your alcohol is allowed - the alcohol store is right across the street, and the owner is clearly familiar with the sellers - tells you when the store will work if they are away. :) However, on the "second floor" the interior is quite decent, and there is even a TV. But the trouble with the toilet is that women will be very uncomfortable.

We were looking for a place to eat pilaf in the late afternoon. It turned out that in Samarkand, many establishments prepare pilaf only in the morning and after lunch everyone runs out of pilaf. We stumbled upon it by accident and did not regret it. The pilaf is very tasty. A couple of snacks are served with pilaf. The first is made of grated Margeland radish with sour cream. And the second one is made from canned salted tomatoes and cabbage. You could add more meat to the pilaf. But perhaps this is due to the fact that we came to the end of the day. The setting is certainly not luxurious. But there are so many places in Uzbekistan. Therefore, I will remove one asterisk. And for the taste of pilaf, a solid five.
