Tasty food, bad staff and service

We were at the restaurant in early May. The menu is quite diverse, the cuisine is national. There is no pilaf on the menu, which was unexpected for us. A large selection of kebabs. We took a loin of lamb from the liver. Both were overdried, even for me, a person who does not eat anything with signs of blood). The achichuk salad is delicious as standard. Lagman fried did not go in, I like the classic one more. There is no alcohol on the menu, as it is probably a family entertainment center. In general, it's not bad, but we definitely won't go a second time.

While we were looking at the menu in search of an alternative, the guests came up, when asked if the same table on the balcony was free, the waiter nodded good-naturedly and said "Have a seat." the conversation took place behind our backs , so well , there are no options here )
There were fewer of them than us in terms of the number of people , so it 's unclear how they decide who to put there
We picked up the dish and had questions. We call the waiter, who said 3 times, walked past us and said "right now, right now, right now"
The waiter comes to us with a pot of tea (which we ordered), I ask

Why the question? I put her in front of the fact that we're leaving, she doesn't react and switches to someone else.
we leave and only after that she asks the waiter something , and a hiss of displeasure and a couple of affectionate words flew at our backs
. I told the receptionist that it would be nice if there was some kind of reaction , either an apology or an attempt to keep the customer
Will we go there? definitely not , we often come to Tashkent, and I will tell all my friends that your service is disgusting, your customers are tourists, and your establishment (namely, the magic city branch) is not one of the top places to go on time for a trip to Tashkent.

Ruined the evening! Three meager skewers of barbecue waited for 40 minutes, apparently they forgot about the order (I put a toothpick on the photo specifically to understand the dimensions). As a result, they brought it in 40 minutes and one skewer was with a hair. Half of the portions of shish kebab consist of fat, i.e. 4 pieces of meat and 4 fat. They told the administrator about the hairy barbecue, but they still included + 10% in the bill for the service. Black lemon tea tastes and colors similar to TeraFlu. I have traveled through 4 cities in Uzbekistan 2 times, but I have never seen a worse place.

then we called the administrator, but the situation was resolved in an unusual way, saying that this was the first time, and there were no cameras outside.

A very good restaurant! We occasionally go there with my husband. I really like kebabs: we tried different ones - everything is delicious. The pieces of meat are small, juicy and very soft. The portions are European, so you can try several different kebabs at a time. The staff accepts the order quickly enough, but then it may no longer be suitable and it does not always work out to order something. In general, I like everything. The view from the windows to the fountain, so when it is turned on, it is very beautiful, especially from the balcony in warm weather.

The prices are sky-high. They also deceive visitors. At the entrance there is a signboard for a set for two for 200k soums. You come in and order, and they're like, "Oh, we don't have a set right now." Then why the hell did you put up a sign?! Well, there would be something to pay for, but food is no different. This is my first review at all. The worst place I've ever visited. Everything is bad, from the service to the food. They put me at an unopened table. Of the 6 dishes ordered, 3 were missing. After placing the order, tea was just brought in 25 minutes. The salad was brought, but the appliances were not brought. And they did not immediately understand what they wanted from them. There were no spices on the table. We had to take it ourselves from the next table. In the end, bring the tea already cooled, the color of crystal water. Most likely, the bag was brewed again. There were no paper napkins on the table. The barbecue was brought in more than 30 minutes. Shish kebab is one name. The serving size is about the size of an index finger. I asked for the bill twice. Everything can be checked by cameras if desired.

The waiter appeared at our table only after repeatedly contacting the manager in the hall with a request to call the waiter. The wait for the dish took another 45 minutes, although the ordered dishes did not require long cooking. There was a long wait even though the hall was only 30 percent full of visitors. We came to the institution at about 13.00 in Magic City, there were very few visitors, the waiter took the order only after 20 minutes, then brought dirty cups, judging by the appearance in the adjika, the cups were replaced and did not even apologize, ginger tea was tasteless like water, there are many veins in samsa, meat of poor quality. Never set foot here again, I was led in vain by the advertisement of a local blogger, Irene.But the rating on the Internet at the institution is clearly deserved. 3.4 confirms my impressions.

An interesting place in Magic city, we went to try lamb shish kebab, took all varieties (three) of lump, sunflower seeds and quads. Very tasty. I liked the local dried fruit compote, it refreshes in the heat, take a liter right away, you won't regret it!

I'll start with the fact that we love Shashleek very much and the Eco Park branch is always happy, apparently there is always a central branch there and they walk along the string there. I arrived today to eat only from the train very hungry and decided not to invent anything. I went to a proven place, the more beautiful here is the view of the singing fountain on the balcony. I arrived at 22:00, they told me from the doorstep that the cafe was already closing, although their working hours were until 23. I ask how so - they say well, we need to count the cash register and so on, so we close in 15 minutes while we count, just at 23 we will go home. And funny and shocking, what can I say)) A week ago, a guest came to us and also brought us here. On the upper terrace, people moved the tables and left an empty space where you could move a small table for 2 to the edge of the terrace so that the fountain could be seen and we would not bother anyone - we were refused. They say it's not supposed to be like this, what's the problem is not clear. Before that, there were stories of very tasty samsa here, my husband and I came to eat it - they tell us there is no samsa. Why? Well, there's no cook today. Where is he? Unknowingly resting probably. By the way, there was no samsa 2 more times after that, apparently the cook was very tired)) they ordered what they had, asked for a fresh tortilla - I brought yesterday's one. We say, well, it's not fresh, is it?! The answer is yes, it is fresh, yesterday it was made, but today there is no cook. The cook who makes samsa and bread is the same. It's cool)) in general, I advise the management to pay attention to this branch - they spoil your whole image, because it's a pity such a delicious and pleasant institution and such poor service ((By the way, for the first time when we came, we were brewed a kettle of tea with one ordinary bag under a mug)) it was a tryndets))) I say are you kidding? Can you brew normal tea, to which they told me "Ahhh, loose?" and brought it with lemon and a wild amount of sugar at once - I don't use sugar at all, but if a person has diabetes? We came to eat today after the beach for the 2nd time, the first time I liked the portions are too small, well, okay, we don't eat much.
But today the following happened, I think it's not very normal in the middle of the evening and at our dinner in a packed hall on the 2nd floor, the background music and the TV were suddenly turned off and right next to the TV among the guests, the waiter begins to read a prayer about 3 minutes later in prayerful silence, another waiter joins him and also begins to read a prayer, the music is still there is no silence, we sit chewing under their prayer, after a couple of guys finished, apparently the cook got up and also started a prayer ritual, about in the middle of his prayer, background music was turned on slightly, well, I think that someone has already started complaining.

When serving a shish kebab (if you can call it a shish kebab), a hot pepper was put on the pita bread...on the one hand, it was rotten, as if it had been shifted from one plate to another for many months in a row.
