It is preferable to book a table in advance, place is very busy . Shashlik look delicious but not as good as most famous place in Tashkent. Meat is bit undone, slices are very small even two isn't enough when usually it is. Bit expensive compared to old Tashkent area.
Service is so so , we were 3 people and ordered different kebabs and waiter just left the plate big plate without explaing what is what . Next time will go try olat somsa which is a food from Bukhara.

Very bad service. Waiters don't serve you, ignore you, and forget your orders.
1. We ordered Suzma and it was delivered in 50 minutes.
2. They ignore you and even ignore you when you call.
Mastava is not so bad, shashlik is the same. The best thing here is just green tea

We recently visited Shashleek again — as always, we were very satisfied!
Many thanks to the waiters Burivoy and Bakhtiyor for the excellent service: attentive, polite, quick to respond to all requests. It's nice to see new hostess girls - friendly and friendly, immediately creating a cozy atmosphere.
I just wish we didn't have to wait in line for a table, and that we were a little more attentive to phone calls and reservations. We love your institution very much and are glad to see how it is developing.
We will definitely come back again!

The second time I came, the waiters passed by as if I wasn't there. 3 times a little better than the second time, when the check was needed, no one responded from the waiters, although I called and raised my hand. Their barbecue is for a strong 4, for those who do not know how or do not want to cook a delicious barbecue, it will go with a bang. This overcooked meat is impossible to eat.samsa Alata is not fresh, warmed up. Moreover, they do not know how to cook , but the prices for kebabs are at least 2 times higher than in other cafes, and the portions are 2 times less. In a word, it's not tasty, it's expensive, and the tea doesn't seem to be hot from someone.

I love this place, delicious local cuisine, national-style atmosphere, no music, but there is a great eco park nearby for a walk if you overeat))), the average check is 10-15 $ per person for dinner, the photo did not have time to be taken, everything was quickly settled!

minuses : high prices and staff service. well, a very long wait, the waiters are not attentive and sluggish, ordered tea with lemon, brought ordinary tea without lemon. but that's okay, we asked for tea with lemon to be brought to us and it was brought to us. next, we asked if the samsa is prepared as soon as the order is made, or if they prepare it in advance and just heat it up. It's very tasty. We visited here in 2022, and visited it again in 2025. The cuisine has become even better, the barbecue is incomparable. I definitely recommend you to visit (there were three of us, we ordered assorted kebabs, samsa (10 pieces), a couple of salads, a couple of tortillas, a couple of teas... we ate too much, spent about a million)

We came on the advice of local friends, an incredible and perhaps the most delicious performance of olotsams, I apologize if I wrote it incorrectly, you eat it and still want it. The choice of kebabs is good - roll, Napoleon, they are very tasty, but the liver has gone, flawlessly! Delicious lemonades, a huge selection of teas. There is no menu, but ask, there is a rayhan available and it is also delicious. They took the Afghan Napoleon, a delicious thing, but it reminded me more of Esterhazy. Thanks to my close friend, I visited this unrealistically fabulous institution! The interior and design are so elegantly thought out, the atmosphere is bombastic!
As for the taste of food, words cannot describe it!! Everything is sooooo delicious and amazing! I am delighted, thank you guys for such a high-quality and elegant presentation, for fresh food and for the service! The service is excellent! And yes, I almost forgot....be careful when you try samsa.....do not swallow your tongue!
