On 09/10/2024, we ordered 5 servings of duck and 1 portion of lamb at the Shashlik House, delivery was scheduled for 18:30. The order was made in advance, at 17:00, and no problems were predicted. However, the order was not delivered at 18:30. When I called to find out where the delivery was, I was assured that they would call me back soon. No one called back. When I called again after an hour of waiting, I was informed that the duck was over! Imagine: an hour of waiting, complete disregard and lack of minimal politeness towards customers. The service is terrible: no one bothered to warn in advance that the duck was over, and in general to show at least some initiative. This attitude towards customers is simply unacceptable. If you can't handle orders, why promise delivery? At the very least, it was possible to at least offer an alternative, but this did not happen either. I absolutely do not recommend this place!
