In the telegram channel for visitors, they saw a video where 2 girls were eating things from this wonderful institution. We almost choked on saliva while we were watching... The next day we came to try it too. What is the result:
1) draft beer: brought warm (room temperature). They asked me to replace it. A cold one was brought - "sorry, the bartender made a mistake"
2) we ordered a barbecue: meatloaf, potatoes, mushrooms. After a while, the waiter comes up "there is a vegetable, but there is no meat left" (lists meat alternatives). I get up and go to the refrigerator to look at the alternatives with my eyes. Miraculously, the rolls, 10 sticks, are in the refrigerator
3) and of course the shurpa... Insanely delicious... And like beer, it's also at room temperature. Apparently the bartender made a mistake again
4) I would like to say that there are no questions for this divine Harawatz (after all, he really is above all praise)... That's just in the video (where the guests allegedly ordered from the standard menu), the portion of this salad was much larger
The staff is really very, very attentive. Once a minute, a waiter comes up and takes something from the center of the table (a napkin)... One empty skewer... The empty plate). The guest's personal space during meals? No, you haven't heard :-)

I ordered it via express24.
I waited for the order for 2 hours, although the application says that the delivery and preparation of the order takes 58 minutes. After calling the delivery service, it turned out that it turns out the order will be prepared for 50 minutes, but of course no one warned about this in advance, but I found out about it by calling MYSELF. I don't care, I worked in a restaurant myself: steam, no ingredients, and so on, I understand there may be a delay, but it's elementary to call and warn the client, I think it's possible.
Secondly, they took the money as for the whole order, but they did not bring everything, you will find out about it de facto, at home, opening the packages. My comment, we saw about adding tortillas, we took extra money for it, but somehow we didn't think about how to fully assemble the order and check it before going out.
The kebab is delicious, but the service is lame, and one cannot be without the other, especially since the price tag makes it possible to think that it includes not only covering the cost of the product + marginality, but also the presence of a small understanding of customer service. Catch the deserved 2 stars.
If you were also responsible for the delivery and the WARM barbecue that arrived, you would have given one.

We were in this cafe. The service is average. We waited a long time for the order. Instead of chicken shish kebab, ground shish kebab was brought. They brought shurva soup, broth separately, and then 10 minutes later potatoes with meat.
The bill was requested. The waiter arrived 20 minutes later.
They counted us incorrectly. They charged us more than we were supposed to. They added 2 extra somsa and 2 extra ground kebabs to the bill. The appliances are dirty.
In addition, flies were constantly landing on our appliances and food. I don't recommend eating there. The interior is not bad, but the service is not the best.
