For the first time on 07/10/2024, I ordered (free of charge) delivery of a barbecue with a request to bring it faster. An hour later, the courier was already at my place. The neck meat, trout and chicken drumsticks were hot, juicy, and not greasy. However, two pieces of neck meat from 400 g a turned out to be similar to the hip part. The fish is dietary, tender, although small, but worth the money. The amount of meat and chicken for dinner for two turned out to be large - half of the order was left for tomorrow. The staff is friendly, helpful, in general, I recommend it!

I really like this cafe. I was inside once-by accident, but I order delivery many times. My men are lovers of harmful, but delicious) and they are really delicious! The meat is juicy and so hot, as if you were eating it from a skewer.
Delivery is always on time.

I have been working in the Leningrad shopping center for 4 years and have been down to this cafe for lunch more than once. The first impression, in the first years of work, was very positive! Delicious meat soup, solyanka, kholodnik. Everything was at the highest level. I took salads, wings, kebabs more than once!
But in my last visit, the impression was completely spoiled. The cucumbers in the Greek salad were sluggish with a white coating of mold. The seller kindly agreed to replace the goods. But the next mold jar turned out to be tomatoes. In general, something went wrong 😒

I don't know about the food, they didn't wait for it... the delivery is terrible. We ordered a barbecue in the afternoon for the evening... After a delay of 40 minutes, I asked if it was worth the wait.. They said it would take another forty minutes... after waiting an hour and calling again, they say another 30 minutes... I don't understand.. This courier has been driving for so long.. then what kind of barbecue is it if they just drive it around the city for two hours... or he's not ready yet and they just score... I ordered on delivery, The kebab is excellent (pork), soft and not overcooked, hot. Everything is clearly packed. Portioned salads in paper containers, all vegetables are fresh, salad dressing separately, excellent sauce. Mushrooms, in grilled sauce, "you can lick your fingers" and with fresh pita bread. Grilled peppers are great. I am satisfied with the order. The order is for 14 people, everyone is delighted, there are picky people and they did not say anything bad. I'll order more here myself.

I ordered it periodically. Delicious. But there's a problem with delivery. I placed an order at 12.15 p.m. at 13.15 p.m. through the website. We called and confirmed (a polite, competent receptionist is a girl), asked to move the delivery to 13.30h. I agreed, I'm waiting for Portions for three by 13.30, I always order about 80-100 rubles.
But there is no delivery, I wait until 13.45 h. I call, they promise to clarify. The courier calls back at 13.47h. (she brought it earlier, I recognized her by her voice, I remember she drives a minivan. He says I need 8 more minutes to get there).
After that, the REFUSAL. Chase her around the neck, there was a great courier in the cafe, a man who drove a Mercedes sedan. Take him back, he's smart, he always brought everything on time.
p.s. I remembered such a "joke" by the courier, she somehow searched for my address, called twice on the phone, I explained how to get there and this is in Minsk. Then she arrived, I'm not waiting for her, I'm looking for her, I have to go down to the minivan to pay and pick up the order myself on the street🤦♂️
