Some kind of very unstable service. Then everything is fine in the barbecue, and then you come twice - half a plate of bones, although you order the same thing in the same place during the week. Food is also not necessary once at a time. It's just super kebabs, kebabs, sausages ... then one disorder. I would not recommend such a place to friends, so as not to get reproaches later. The food is brought quite quickly, the interior is an ordinary cafe, the tables and sofas are comfortable.

The most terrible meat that we tried, i.e., we tried one piece of the whole portion, which was a barbecue made of duck, pork and beef, it was just a nightmare. The place itself is very dirty, the appliances are stained, the walls are shabby, there was garbage on the floor and no one picked it up…
I don't recommend this place... the quality of the products is just low, the fries and potatoes taste inedible…
We need to work and fix the situation with the kitchen and in general.
We are very disappointed.

The worst idea was the option to celebrate a New Year's corporate party here. It was necessary to suspect something was wrong at the moment when there were empty tables here, while in normal places everything was already occupied.
What was terrible?!
1. The work of the administrator. He did not react to the comments in any way, did not take any action to resolve the situation.
2. Food. The kebab, which was supposed to be excellent (the name was chosen for a reason?), was burnt and bitter in taste. The meter-long barbecue, as the waiter admitted, has only 600 grams of meat, and the set is designed for three, not four, as indicated in the menu. Perhaps it was possible to eat only salads. And yes, sets of meter-long kebabs cost 11-13 thousand, but even pickled onions are not supposed to be there, they were ordered separately.
3. The program, for which, by the way, 2000 tenge was charged from each. Not only did Santa Claus and the Snow Maiden appear at 00:30 at night, they also stayed on stage not so long and interestingly. It was fun that evening only for those who entertained themselves and were drunk.
4. One of my friends had a birthday. When we approached the administration, we were informed that no bonuses were allowed for the birthday boy. They didn't even give us a piece of cake, OK, we ordered it ourselves. The candle was bought at the nearest supermarket. The only thing is that they asked the presenter to congratulate them on their birthday at 12 a.m. That was the end of the congratulations from the cafe.
The result: a spoiled holiday and money is wasted. Not a foot in the Barbecue anymore.

I visited this institution with my family. The impression is the most disgusting. No one is watching covidstatus at the entrance. The dressing room does not work, the clothes were placed near the table. We ordered a barbecue, it is not possible to eat, the meat tastes incomprehensible. Apparently, from long pickling. The kebab is overcooked, over-salted. Probably, the stale meat was hiding. The room was stuffy and the music was loud. Nearby, a company smoked a hookah.Opposite, the man fell, the sofa broke. As a result, paying 50 thousand. I washed my stomach all night and couldn't go to work in the morning. I called this grill bar, they promised to fix all the flaws. It's just a human shame that they treat visitors like that.
