Shashlikoff on Auezova 43 is a great place! The service is beyond praise, they will always come to the rescue, as I had on December 31. And the food is simply delicious - I took a duck kebab and caesar with shrimp, and the next day I took Norwegian soup and a classic Greek salad. I am absolutely satisfied and recommend it to everyone!

The karaoke room has been changed.it became very small and cramped .the deposit was made 10,000 per person with no right of return.If you want to pass the time for a couple of hours, I do not recommend it.The acoustics are not the same.As always, the service is excellent.

I liked this place in Astana very much! We have been to many restaurants and cafes, but we have never seen such fast and high-quality service anywhere (the guys have a clock on the table where you can time 20 minutes and they will definitely bring everything to you on time). The food was very tasty, we were already three times, all three times overeaten with great pleasure!

Шашлык супер! Нежный, сочный! Хорошо прожаренный! Напитки, музыка тоже классные, пиво обалденное на разлив! Обслуживание быстрое! Одно не понравилось- парни из персонала между собой нецензурно выражались.

Пока что лучшее заведение в Казахстане. Особенно отличное соотношение цены и качества продукта, а так же размеров порций. Для меня, человека приезжего, подходит далеко не все. Во многих заведениях Казахстана слишком высокие цены, но посредственное качество. При этом есть заведения с отличным качеством и хорошим прайсом, одно из них - шашлыкофф.

Один официант не успевает обслуживать вип кабинку приносит но не убирает со стола и с собой не забирает грязную посуду, хотя за что я плачу 10%, администратор прибежала на ваших детей жалуются с общего зала, хотя все наши были в комнате, когда убедилась, что не наши даже не извинилась. А так шашлыки очень вкусные, мясо мягкое, сочное. Но обслуживание, и персонал хромает не понравилось

Очень ужасное обслуживание, офицавюнт не мог ответить вопросы по меню. Меню не соответствует нормам по весу по меню, администратор не мог дать точную информацию. Была в впервые в вашем кафе но теперь точно знаю и не приду больше и советовать вас ни кому не буду. Эту информацию буду распространять дальше......

Шашлык(свинина) очень сочный и мягкий. Время ожидания как и у многих одинаково. Не критично. 😉Прихожу сюда в основном за алкогольным шотами, очень большой ассортимент. Весьма уютно и кстати очень чистая уборная.
