Forget about safety when coming to this place.
No service from the security guard of the Shah (if anything, a bearded guy in green on 11/21/2024). He found fault with our company because our friend did not answer him the way he liked. Before that, a similar situation occurred in the women's bathroom, with a girl. He could not say anything to the girl, because he called the man outside and communicated with him separately (not 100% respect on the part of the guard for customers). I think it's not professional on his part. We are clients, we wanted to relax, we didn't do anything illegal. Let him remember the situation with the girl in the toilet, when she asked TO SHOW FROM THE CAMERAS WHO WENT TO THE TOILET, AND HE COULD NOT SAY ANYTHING IN RESPONSE, HE ONLY SAID THAT HERE WE EXPLAIN TO YOU HUMANELY, AND YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND (with which she also did not utter sweet words to him, well, isn't it absurd?). I personally told him myself, "don't worry, girls are drunk, it happens." As a result, he just got hooked on us because of one word, although the girl in the toilet told him much more unpleasant words and was more aggressive. Thanks to the security guard Shah for ruining the evening. I'm attaching a receipt so they don't say we weren't here.
I used to personally come here often. Now I've never set foot here. I will honor this institution to all my friends, since I consider this attitude unacceptable. I am ready to negotiate, but only with the management of the institution (not with the administrator, namely, either with the operator or the owner).
I want to note that the waiter Azamat served properly. I liked everything. Nothing superfluous and understood everything from half a word. I thank him for the proper work!
I want to make it clear. I didn't misunderstand the situation. Everything was happening before my eyes. Yes, our friend was drunk, but the girl in the bathroom was just as drunk. It upsets me that the attitude was different towards the guests, although the situation is similar (even the situation with that girl in the toilet was more unacceptable to the guard Shah than ours).

I recently visited this cafe and was very satisfied. Cozy interior, pleasant music – it's comfortable to spend time here. The menu is varied, there are dishes for every taste. Everything is fresh, the portions are good, the serving is beautiful. I especially liked the barbecue, it's just perfectly cooked!
The service is courteous, the waiters are attentive, and you don't have to wait long. The prices are adequate, the quality is excellent. A great place to meet friends or have family dinners. I will definitely come again!

A great place for meat lovers! Lovers of other dishes, of course, will also be able to find a tasty treat, but for meat eaters it is paradise! The service is excellent (new waiters, of course, sometimes make mistakes, but correct their mistakes and even compensate for them with some kind of compliment from the institution). An interesting franchise.
Cozy interior. The cuisine is of traditional quality.
Prices are slightly above average. Apparently an additional payment for the service.
The staff is friendly. Especially the receptionists or senior waiters.
The establishment lacks a manager's hand. There are many small moments: chipped plaster on the walls; crookedly hanging lampshades, overlapping TVs in places; cable channels crushed by furniture; dusty lamps; stopped clocks (and there are dozens of them) on the wall map.
On the other hand, all these points do not affect the taste of the dishes. And considering the location of the institution, it is unlikely that spoiled and demanding customers go there.

We were in this cafe 09.03.24 the food is delicious. I ordered tea in Tashkent, the first kettle is delicious, but the second one is not very good, as if they added boiling water to the ashes. Embarrassment there was salt in the sugar bowl, probably someone from the visitors was joking. The menu itself is disgustingly creative but not informative. They just wanted kebabs and there was some kind of creative kebab roll.
