I don't know who gives this place 5 stars. It barely pulls 2. To begin with, the appliances and dishes were dirty, it was unpleasant to hold in your hands, especially tea mugs. In Caesar, they used withered, spoiled iceberg lettuce leaves, and a lot of caesar sauce mayonnaise to hide it. The dishes look completely different from the menu. Okay, I know you can't decorate exactly the same way, but why are you skimping on groceries? Are they paid for?! For example, we ordered the dessert "Belgian waffle", I'm attaching a photo. Therefore, there are a lot of questions for both the kitchen and the waiters. Let's close our eyes to the fact that no one came up to us to ask how we were and if we liked everything. But overall, the service was terrible, and the waiter was uncomplaining. We had to press this button 3 times to get the waiter to come over, and to count us out, we had to press it as many as 5 times. Awful. And also a franchise. We didn't clash, but the attitude was still dismissive. No one said goodbye at the exit. Besides the wardrobe attendant, she's a sweetheart. He's swearing for everyone there. Despite the fact that I worked in maintenance and understand how everything should work. I don't recommend it.

A beautiful and cozy room, live music and a beautiful menu.
First of all, I was struck by the number of meat dishes and the hourglass for 20 minutes, setting a new standard for waiting for an order.
Unfortunately, it all broke down when only the cheese soup was brought in 20 minutes later. To say that it is cheesy is a big exaggeration, because there was only a smell of cheese there. According to my feelings, the cheese was only dipped in it.
Half an hour later, cold kebabs were brought. After asking them to warm up, they disappeared for 10 minutes. Lula kebab came as tough and bland as possible. I will rate the quality and taste of the food by 1/10. Probably, if you consider a shish kebab from an hour ago as a cold snack, it will go with beer.
I don't set foot in this place anymore.
And such little things as waiters soaring in the clouds, who forget food in the kitchen and bring the wrong positions, I don't consider them cons at all)
Guys, review the menu. If you are called shashlikoff, learn how to cook them first. You don't need to have a hundred positions and not be able to cook shit.

It is very cozy and comfortable to be in karaoke, only one minus is very cold. I liked the kitchen, everything was very tasty.
