If you are online, you tell the number, pay and pick it up. But sometimes, the person in the window says that it doesn't matter how the order was made, you need to take a ticket. Is this some kind of arbitrary decision?! Time goes by, no matter where it is prescribed, and hang around the hall there, for coupons, back ....

After a run of 30 km, one candle failed.
Having made an oral claim, he was refused.
After an official written request, I received consent for a refund, but within 14 days the company cannot find the necessary funds.
More than two months have passed since the first appeal and these are just candles.
It's a pity, of course, but the attitude towards customers is disgusting and I do not advise contacting them.
