A nice residential complex. Positive: 1) heat 2) Parking is good 3) the entrance is nice, neat, clean The main disadvantage is a very small playground.

You can't leave the yard without a pick-up stick or a magnet. It is very inconvenient to ring the doorbell when leaving. Can't you just put a button on it?
