The location is not bad, the design inside is quite pleasant, the shawarma is delicious but depends on the seller, there is a wonderful person (unfortunately I haven't been there for a long time, I don't remember what it looks like) cooks wonderfully, the service is on the level, although the amount of chicken is not enough, but it's not deplorable. But there is also a young irresponsible one, who very often had "reasons" (the meat did not warm up, we had a break, we had a "reception of goods" - a conversation on the phone, which made us have to leave or wait until he finished, by the way, it takes 20-30 minutes every time) not to cook, and if when I cooked, it turned out to be damp and drowned in sauce. In principle, the shawarma is not bad, quite satisfying and tasty in 2/3 of cases, depending on who cooks, but there is not enough meat, and there is too much with spices or sauces.

Sometimes I visit this area. And I try to eat one of the shawarma with pleasure. I try different ones on purpose. The menu is very serious for such a small cafe. A choice, you don't even know what to take.
One of the advantages. It's really a very interesting sauce. Definitely not mazik and ketchup .
Very interesting, either pita bread or flatbread. A little thicker than the classic pita bread, but it's very cool when I take it with me and after 40 minutes nothing falls apart. As it was given, it remains. And it has a taste. The pita bread is bland as if, but there really is a taste here.
For meat and fillings , as everywhere else. I won't say much, but one cabbage is definitely not the case. I think it's a question of size.
Neatness is more or less. The guys are in clean clothes, though in their T-shirts, there is no special uniform here.
They wrote that without gloves, well, I'll say for sure I've never seen it. And I stop by periodically, from the opening to them.
There are no unnecessary smells. I always try to mark people if people are working.

Shawarma is made delicious by only one of the 2 MCH, who is older, but lately I have been running into only younger MCH, which is a fatal mistake. The amount of meat in the shawarma has decreased geometrically. I go to them only out of the hope that they will do the same as my first time when visiting this already incomplete shawarma. They had a girlfriend once, so it was all thrown away money. Yesterday I took the royal one from them (I made a younger one) and I realized that I would not set foot there anymore... The royal shawarma differs from the classic shawarma (the largest) only in the size of the pita bread... I need 600+ grams for a full stomach... And this very royal one came in as 600 grams. There is only cabbage in the shawarma. In short, guys, I'm sorry, but well, your diner is a forest. I can't recommend this place. And the interesting story of the lack of ready meat 3 hours before closing is at least surprising.

We ordered shawarma on 13.11.2023. Ordered by phone, pickup.
One was prepared not the one that was ordered. The order was for "Caucasian", it was unclear what was prepared. They piled up so much jalapenos that it is impossible to eat. Although there is no this ingredient in the composition.
In St. Petersburg, the shawarma turned out to be no better. From the first bite, I was met with so many onions that it would be possible to kill two vampires, at least! I attach the photo. Everything would be fine, but there were more onions than meat…
Both shawarma were terribly wrapped and badly fried. Because of what they fell apart from the first bite. Literally everything was falling out of them. Although the lavash has not even had time to get wet yet, as it happens.
I am disappointed, as this was our second order in this institution. The first time everything was fine. But after today's "dinner", I think I'll look for another place.

Yes, I also ran into a frankly incompetent cook there, who not only behaved rudely, but also made a shawarma not according to the recipe, but from... But in 80% of cases, I was completely satisfied with the quality, service and speed of service. If Pavel is on shift, then I am sure that "Mexico" will be delicious!
