I have been practicing culinary arts for a long time. I've tried a lot of things. In particular, shawarma. I want to say that the food in this place is excellent. Shawarma has its own national character. Ingredients, excellent products, excellent meat, vegetables and pita bread are very competently and proportionally selected. Its interesting sauces. This food has a flavor inherent in the region where it has been cooked for centuries. Here you can truly plunge into the wonderful cuisine of the East. I personally want to highlight the shawarma with beef. The meat is tender in it, melts in the mouth. It is prepared with the addition of mutton curd, therefore it has a light shade of mutton, which will appeal to lovers of such. I have been cooking professionally and studying different cuisines of the world for almost 20 years. I have seen a lot of chefs and I can say with confidence that they cook here with a soul and a good mood. And this, in turn, cannot but have a positive effect on the taste of food!! Of course, everyone's tastes are different, but if you want to try shawarma exactly the way it is prepared in the east, then here you are!!😊👍

08.11.2024 we bought two standard shawarma with chicken with a girl.
To be honest, it's delicious, but at night my stomach started to hurt sharply, stomach upset, and so on. In the morning, the girl has the same thing. At the same time, except for that shawarma, we did not eat the same food, so poisoning with something else can be excluded

The best shawarma in town! Meat is adjusted without regret and in good whole pieces, and not like others (something incomprehensible is soft-boiled)! All the ingredients are fresh and very tasty! Shawarma is always juicy and delicious, just lick your fingers! The staff is very friendly and friendly, it is clear that they value every customer! Once I asked not to put mushrooms and they were not put! they also signed where the shawarma with mushrooms is, and where it is not! The waiting time is absolutely short 7-10 minutes and this eighth wonder of the world is ready. It is very convenient that there is a refrigerator with drinks nearby and you can take a drink and quench your thirst under the delicious shawarma! You can also take ice cream on a hot summer day.
There are chairs nearby, you can sit down and eat in the fresh air or take it with you. Napkins are put in a bag, shawarma is wrapped in paper and a bag. They work with gloves on. Sterility at the highest level is very important to me!

Shawarma is the worst that I have met in the whole city, instead of sauce, water is diluted with it (photo). Shawarma guru ("super delicious super secret composition") the most lame shawarma that I have ever seen in my life is a huge pita bread with water and cabbage and a couple of grams of chicken (see photo). Shawarma with beef, the same composition is wet pita bread due to the sauce diluted with water, stuffed with cabbage, but at least there was meat that could hardly be called beef, rather minced meat, besides completely tasteless like the shawarma itself. I do not recommend this horror, and even more so at the prices they have, it is not worth half the cost. They bit the girl 2 times , then turned her around to see what was inside. And to all of the above, the price came out at 20.5 p, and the guy who counted counted 22.5 p. He never wrote reviews, but then he couldn't pass by.

What we have today: not shawarma, but pig food, a huge bag from which it is not that difficult to bite off, but even hard to hold in your hands, the composition was not entirely clear, a shawarma with cheese and mushrooms was ordered, and as a result a bunch of smelly cabbage and instead of cheese some dumplings are also smelly, after the first bite, it flew into the trash
