I decided to give this place a second chance.
It's been 5 months since I last came here, but again I got a solid negative..
I ordered a cheese shawarma. As usual, they said to wait about 10 minutes, as standard. I come in 10 minutes, I ask, they look at me with big eyes. Naturally, no one was cooking anything, although there was no queue. The seller was just talking to the buyer and didn't say a word about my order.
I waited another 5 minutes and finally received the order. I got it, but the cheese sauce, and even more so the necessary pita bread in the shawarma did not even smell. I definitely put 1 star and don't set foot here anymore. For such prices, to buy and receive such service is simply terrible.
Even in other establishments where shawarma costs 5p and that, at least they listen to what they are asked to do and are not so indifferent. There are solid disadvantages.
Friendly staff. Instead of 15 minutes, they waited for 30, although the place was empty. The classic shawarma that came as a gift was at a height of 4/5, I can say almost the same about mcteistie 3.7/ 5, the sauce still interrupted the taste, but the curry was terrible completely filled with sauce, it is impossible to eat, I threw it away. I want to focus special attention on the paper that is wrapped in, a very unpleasant smell specifically from it, spoiled the whole taste
Good evening!)
Great, friendly place, delicious)
But there is a problem in the attentiveness of the girl taking orders.
He misses, listens, we specifically focus on additives or pita bread several times and still miss something , yes…
Today, once again, we repeated 3 times that we would like cheese pita bread, brought it home, opened it - the usual one😶😶😶☹️
We hope that this can be fixed for the future, because I don't really want to change a great place)
