Terrible service, this is the first time I've come across such a brazen deception!!! We ordered 1kg of pork kebab with delivery, the courier brought it, and there were potatoes and no meat. We paid the courier the cost of MEAT immediately, but not potatoes. For a long time they proved that they had brought us the wrong thing... As a result, they said that they had mixed it up and in five minutes the courier would return and bring our order. They brought a barbecue and we decided to put it on the scales on emotion....
I'm attaching all the photos, this is just the height of arrogance. With pita bread and onions 725 gr....
They called, they told us that the meat was being fried. Yes, we know that, but not to the same extent!!!! We weighed the meat without pita bread, onions, and a package and there are 396 grams of meat!!!!
It's not like 35% of the supper! We could not solve the problem by phone, they proved to us that this is the norm, that meat is fried, etc. They did not give us the phone number of the management. As a result, I had to go to the institution and somehow return my money!

Shawarma House, which is located on Sayat Nova : I really loved this place, I've been there 1000 times and it's almost always delicious, but something went wrong, Russians are now the last to be served! I stood in front of the cook for 20 minutes , the cook served all the locals and acquaintances ! My patience ran out, I returned the money for the order and left! I doubt very much if I will come again! All guys of Slavic appearance, be prepared for the fact that you will wait for half an hour until your friends and acquaintances of the cook run out!
