I bought a "giant" one, we did everything on time, it did not fall apart and was well fried, but when I came home I was horrified at how MUCH cabbage and lavash there were, from 800 grams of shawarma to get to the filling, you need to make at least 2 large bites to gnaw through this lavash, the second thing that angered me was that cabbage in the shawarma was 70 percent, and lavash is still 15 percent, every bite of my shawarma was accompanied by a bunch of cabbage in my mouth, as if you were eating a salad only from cabbage.
