Good shawarma! The amount of sauce is moderate, the ingredients are fresh, and the filling is balanced. I would also like to mention the lavash, which is thin and delicate, while the multi-layered twist and good roasting do not allow the shawarma to turn into jelly (in my case, the half survived several hours in the refrigerator and reheating).
