Excellent shawarma, surprisingly juicy and balanced. I usually don't expect anything from such places, but I was surprised. I also recommend French fries, but I would like a bigger portion ;)
It's a pity that you can't put a zero. The girl who took the order forgot about us sitting at the table and did not even call when the shawarma was cooked, she was also surprised that we did not track this process ourselves. But that's half the trouble. Imagine that there is not a single mushroom in the mushroom shavukha, I was looking right almost under a microscope, meat of disgusting quality + unsanitary conditions all around, employees drinking there, some dirty dogs lying idly at the tables. In one word - a charm!
There was no service, they wanted to order shawarma in a rough form, they replied that they would have to wait an hour, they wanted to order again, there were queues and there was no desire to stumble upon rudeness again
The work schedule is indicated from 10.00 on weekdays, I arrived at 10.05 on Friday 05.01.2024. The door is closed. The employee came out and asked me in a boorish manner what I needed and said that the meat was being fried, asked if I wanted yesterday's meat, if not, then wait until 11 o'clock. Then he left the workplace in an unknown direction without paying much attention to my questions. Why should these problems with meat not being ready on time be borne by the customer? Even if it turned out that way, it was possible to communicate in a more polite way, anything happens. But there should be no such rudeness. I've bought food here many times, but I probably won't come back here anymore.
A cozy atmosphere, a wide range of products. Polite staff. Delicious culinary products, whatever you choose. An excellent exhibition of drawings near the order waiting counter
We ordered two shawarma today, not only is the meat not at all for shawarma, it is dry and boiled more, the vegetables in the cheese are too salty...so 2 more lavash managed to burn down.
