There are very good doctors, for example, the head of the department, Anna Tadeushevna, etc., and the medical staff, but some have a noticeably burned out sense of duty (rude). Covid has added problems to problems. For example, "5-ki" (20-50 minutes each) in the morning lead to queues where patients become infected. Vaccination was pinned on one poor sister, it's hard for her, because people are nervous. The head physician, knowing the problems, does not cope.
