The administrator refers to some kind of internal procedure, allegedly I am obliged to provide a paper on verification indicating the serviceability of the compressor. Although this is not required by law and is even indicated in the monument.
The administrator insists that we should have been notified about this moment (upon return) and agreed with us by the sales consultant. But the words of the consultant do not legally oblige me to this procedure. The internal regulations do not concern me.
The money was not returned for her by the absence of the store director and, in principle, she chose a truncated contact and solution to this issue, which, by the way, is part of her duties and competence.
A bad reputation for the store is guaranteed in the presence of such employees. No respect for the client. They made us wait four hours. The issue has not been resolved. The money was not returned, and no alternative was provided. They humiliated and worsened my personal attitude towards this store as a system of relationship between the customer and the seller of this store
