I never wrote or spoke badly about anyone, I always managed to come to an agreement, but this time it boiled over. It turns out that human indifference has no limit. When working with people, you need to think about people, not just about the profits you make.
Unfortunately, Tatiana turned out to be our "designer". The feeling that a person absolutely does not understand what he is doing. The design development took several months. I had to go to the office for SEVEN! once, in the end, I was dissatisfied with the final result, not everything was as I wanted and imagined. Tatiana constantly forgot about us for several weeks and I had to remind myself to make appointments. Due to constant visits to the office, the deadline for sending the kitchen for production has increased by +3 months.

The microwave shelf turned out to be rounded, although this was not specified and I would not have agreed to such a shelf, she counted the sockets incorrectly, which is why 2 of the 4 sockets were unavailable due to a 20 cm shift to the left. The answer was: "I incorrectly calculated the depth of the corner locker, because of this it happened. Cooking is double anyway, it doesn't interfere," only the fact that we had to pull an extension cord from the bottom outlet instead of the normal connection didn't bother her. And if in the future I want to cook for 4 cups?
She blamed us for all her mistakes, referring to the fact that everything was agreed in advance before sending the kitchen to the factory. Although in fact it was not so.
I forgot to mention what color we chose the facades, which is why I went to her twice and clarified it. At the time of ordering the equipment, I forgot about the hood. I had to remind you of that too. She told us to pull the wire UNDER THE BACKLIGHT. As it turned out, this is a microwave wire, which we had to replace. She stubbornly proved to my husband and me that she immediately talked about it, although we clarified several times whether it was illuminated, and she clearly replied "Yes, illuminated."
This is only a small part of my claims. The most important thing is that I was dissatisfied with the final result. I didn't like the kitchen, that's not how I saw it. And these moments could have been avoided if Tatiana had stipulated this in advance. A lot of money was given, but the result was not very good.
