We ordered a kitchen, far from the cheapest, only one guy came to the installation, who, looking at the kitchen, says that he is assembling such a thing for the first time. It was good that there was someone to help install the refrigerator, and if mom had been home alone, she probably would have had to call for help. All the details were agreed that the kitchen would be made exactly along the walls and ceiling. As a result, the gap from the ceiling on one side is larger than on the other and along the wall is crooked, all this is visible to the naked eye. The countertop is not fitted to the tile, there is a gap. The oven does not open completely, rests against the drawer from below.
Also, when planning, hiding the hood in the closet and other points are not thought out, although if you are experts on this topic, all this should be thought out in advance.
They also promised to vacuum everything after themselves, but the cabinets and doors remained dirty.

For a long time, but the designer immediately warned me, even before drawing the project, that this would happen. Designer Irina, has always been calm and balanced, although I asked a huge bunch of questions about the case and not quite during the entire waiting time for the order. As a result, I really liked the kitchen, everything is functional, everything is beautiful and of high quality. I took off one star during the waiting time, still a very long time, of course. But in general, I am happy with my purchase and the attitude of the employees towards me. Even in spite of my excessive importunity. Thank you.

We ordered the kitchen a year ago, along with the appliances, as a result: when installing the kitchen, there were no ventilation grilles for the built-in refrigerator and for natural ventilation, we had to go to Papo Carlo to buy everything, the designer said that she just showed us the grilles when ordering, and that they were not supplied (nonsense, according to the installers themselves) There were also joints in the kitchen assembly , they were eliminated within a month . Next, with regard to technology : they signed a contract for the supply of a smeg refrigerator , waited around three months , the equipment did not come , according to them, anyone was to blame , just not them , they had to store food on the balcony for some time, it was good that it was winter. The contract was broken, the money was returned and we bought this refrigerator much cheaper in the official smeg store within one day, then the equipment that was offered to us by the chef of the kitchen (and we bought it out of inexperience) turned out to be extremely non-functional, for example, there is no auto-off function in the oven, in short, well, them.... When questions about due to the delivery time , the manager stupidly did not get in touch , I had to go and forcibly terminate the contract for certain positions . I ordered a kitchen for Bogdanovich.53. It is impossible to imagine more incompetent and optional employees. The kitchen was brought on 05.10.22. it was assembled. It turned out that there was no mixer. They offered me a choice of several options, I chose. It turned out that it was not available. I had to wait 10 days. they put a countertop, made a hole for the mixer, and began to put it on - it doesn't fit. The mixer is larger than the standard diameter in the sink and countertop. The mixer was taken away, a new one was brought, and the same problem turned out to be. Today 11/14/12 the staff is still thinking how to get out of this situation and solve MY problem. The phone number of the management is a terrible military secret. An ugly attitude towards customers - they received money and are not going to correct their mistakes.

Julia helped me choose a kitchen with built-in appliances, which I am very happy about. A positive, creative person, a creative thinker. Very active, always in a good mood, always in touch. It evokes positive emotions, understands what the client wants. We are customers, the people are picky, even harmful, but Julia pretends not to notice anything. He will settle any formalities, come to an agreement, sort it out... which is nice, because it was here that I bought it, which I am happy about to this day. And the delivery is fast and the installation is in order, neatly, THANK YOU ALL. But special thanks, after all, to Julia Molochko. The kitchen is good, everything works.

Roughly speaking, the gap turned out to be into which the thumb stupidly inserted, in a word, fear is simple.So the mantagers, the main engineer who was called, eventually proved that this was the norm and it should be so!!!How long has the chief engineer been foaming at the mouth to prove to us that his name is Alexander.This kitchen is just suffering, I'm pregnant with these nerves and almost gave birth prematurely.The sink was cut into the wrong place, the handles were installed in the wrong place, the additional freezer was not fixed and it should be so that you understand everything was moving.. the cheap guides I wanted to sell the hood were embedded so that the cabinets deteriorate, I just suffer from it. my headache.. the distance from the hob to the hood is 10-15 cm less, it simply does not pass according to fire regulations .Then I noticed the cabinets in the corners were lined with solid wood and smeared with a corrector on the sly. Never contact this department. The manager will never give you information on time. I had to suck everything out of a person myself. When paying, the amount to be paid was recalculated 3 times ... as a result, I had to take a piece of paper and count myself on the calculator how much I owe as a bonus under the contract minus the prepayment. The only plus is the installation guys. They are very funny, positive, but at the same time professional. They are punctual and very efficient. But as I understand it, they do not belong to chef kitchens. Shame on the last one. I couldn't imagine a worse Service. And they also did not meet the deadlines for production under the contract. Darkness in general. Run away from them, people, if you value your nerves.
