A good park, a lot of things were placed in a small space - a skate park, a cafe, a playground, an area with fountains for bathing children, a dog walking area, etc.

I call it CPCO. A very cool park that the Germans built. There are many different activities for every taste. Mini zoo, fountains, observation deck, playgrounds, open-air cinema, mini botanical garden, kite launching pad.

Even during the day, going for a walk or making an appointment is one of the places where it is convenient to walk and then easily leave by taxi. It is better to buy ice cream in advance.
