I would like to express my gratefulness to Shelby Company for organizing our trip to Meeru Resort in Maldive Island especially to Narine who is very responsible and kind. I liked her very much! She made our trip wonderful and did a great job. What comes to the Hotel, we liked it very much both service, food and place in general! Thank you once again, guys!

Really, more thanks to the Shelby travel agency and especially to the Movses travel agent for a well-organized vacation in Sharm el-Sheikh! This is not the first time I have trusted Shelby with my vacation, and every time everything goes perfectly.
From the very beginning of booking until returning home, everything is at the highest level. Excellent hotel, convenient transfer. Movses is always in touch, answers all questions and helps you choose the best options.

Communication with clients was very slow, and it felt like the travel agent wasn't interested in selling me a package. I had to constantly remind myself of myself. The travel agent could just ignore the whole day (although he could just write that he would respond tomorrow or after some specific time). The agency did not respond to calls!

I want to express my gratitude to Shelby Tour and especially agent Volodya for organizing our stay in Egypt, I note that I did not visit the office, and the whole process was organized through WhatsUp, but even under these conditions he was able to properly organize our vacation and collect the necessary documents.
