1) They couldn't open it, they opened it with a key, but it opens with a remote control. It's been 2 days, I'm calling them to find out how the work is going? Answer:No way, we couldn't open it! Question:Why didn't you call to find out? Answer:Are we supposed to be calling?
2) The pump and clutch were changed. After the repair, she took it with a whistle. It turned out that the alternator belt was loosening. I didn't even pull it on, even though there was no whistle before them!
3) Regarding payment, this is also a question. About the work done, they don't even give you a check. Only on a piece of paper they wrote what they did and how much it costs, not one guarantee and confirmation, everything is in black!
