It's the great hotel as I saw ,it's great not only the rooms and meals - it's really very well as usual but this hotel is great their team ,all peoples who works there is very good ,smile and try to do everything to make your holidays the best . The hotel is of a good standard. Excellent location, reasonable price, excellent food, very good selection of dishes, comfortable lounge area. Friendly, unobtrusive staff who are always ready to help. The rooms are cleaned daily. The room also has everything you need: powerful air conditioning, sufficient drinking water, electric kettle, sticks with tea, coffee, sugar, sahzam, toothbrushes, toothpaste , shampoo, gel, conditioner and other necessary trifles. A very powerful hair dryer and a decent iron with ironing board are available. I also appreciated the separate dressing table in the bathroom . It is very comfortable. There is also one Russian channel on TV, if someone has time to watch TV. The only drawback is the very small balconies. But you can close your eyes to this, because you still spend most of your time outside the room.

A very nice city hotel. The location is great. Amona is the angel of the hotel at the reception, she will always prompt and help in everything. The staff is great.
We have chosen the breakfast-dinner system, you can change lunch or dinner. The food is varied, but there will be difficulties with feeding the kids. The hotel is mostly for couples. Our room is on the 3rd floor with a view of the city. On a very busy highway😂 it feels like I'm sleeping on the Mkad) 😂 but considering that the room is only at night.
The beach is private, clean, with very comfortable sun beds.
Water is brought to the room at the first request.
In general, I liked the hotel very much, atmospheric, sincere, in the hustle and bustle of the city you get to a paradise.
There is no need to cross the road through 2 houses, very close to the Spar).

Sheraton. When I was new, I was exactly 5. Now I'm tired. On a solid 4, or 5-*. Everything is fine in the room, the plumbing is a little old. Clean, elegant bed linen, no foreign smells. Breakfast is great, almost like lunch! Everything is fresh and delicious. The outdoor pool is nice. The big minus is the beach at the hotel. Very dirty!!!! Since early morning, the cleaning of the territory has been going on all around, and it seems that they forgot about the beach! Otherwise, I recommend it, many people use it for transit to other countries. The airport is about 30 minutes away. Have a good rest!

Date of the trip: the end of April 2024.
Positive: a calm, quiet hotel, few people, no queues for breakfast /dinner, there are always a lot of free sun loungers by the pool. The food is delicious and varied, the meat is super, there are themed Arabic dinners.
The room has bluetooth and YouTube.
There is a cool separate makeup table in the bathroom👍🏽
There are hookahs (although very mediocre), a cool lounge area outside in the evening.
The location is good - the Gallery Mall shopping center is 10 minutes by taxi, the Corniche embankment is 5 minutes on foot.
Cons: tired room stock.
There is a beach, but it is a puddle, there was no desire to swim there, but of course there is sand.

We were at this hotel from 07.03.24 to 14.03-we ordered it ourselves through booking!the hotel is small, but that's what I was looking for-I didn't want to relax in a human!!The rooms are decent, recently renovated!The beach is small, but very clean!There weren't many people on the beach, everyone was hanging out by the pools!We only had breakfast-quite decent, a variety of dishes, not just scrambled eggs!!If you want peace and quiet, I recommend it!!The hotel is in a good location-shopping malls are not far away!!Near the embankment and the park along the sea!!We walked every day-beauty,cleanliness, flowers planted, no staff in sight!!!but cleanliness and order👍

We arrived by taxi, no one met us, did not help with the luggage.
The air conditioner is leaking in the hall, dripping from the ceiling. They try to paint over it every day.
We moved into a room on the second floor with a view of the trash and the utility rooms of the hotel, in which the extractor hood works so hard that it is impossible to sleep. Although we indicated at the time of booking that we are newlyweds and we need a room higher and in a quiet place. There are constant queues at the elevators, you have to wait a long time.
There is only one wardrobe in the room, if you eat for a long time, it is very inconvenient. The pillowcase on one of the pillows is painted with a pen! The upholstery on the couch is stained. The room is very dark with a low ceiling. There is no tulle on the window, only a thick roll-up curtain, closing which, even during the day, it becomes very dark. They give little water. The minibar is empty, the refrigerator does not cool. The air conditioner in the room is very noisy, it is impossible to sleep, when the air conditioner is turned on, the smell of dampness and mold appears
There is mold in the shower, the smell of sewage. The towels are washed, leaky, we were given only 3 pcs for 2. Hygiene supplies are not always replenished, in a very small volume.
The hotel has almost 300 rooms, and the pool is tiny. You can swim there only at the moment of opening, the rest of the time you will have to stand, as there are a lot of people. There are about 50 sun loungers around the pool, which are all occupied by 10 am. You have to wait for towels for sun loungers: before going to the pool, you write down the room number and the number of towels, and then wait at least half an hour for them to be brought to you.
The beach is not a beach – it is a puddle with muddy, blooming water and garbage at the bottom. I couldn't get over myself, I only went knee-deep. Everything around the beach is kind of shabby, the remains of a construction site, the lack of fencing, the highway. There are plenty of sun loungers in this area. In this area, they tried to sell us drinking water in the bar, although it is free throughout the hotel! The staff at the pool and on the beach is absolutely not interested in their guests, does not make contact, pretends not to hear.
The food is quite acceptable, but for me it is very fatty and salty. The staff at the restaurant is very helpful: they will bring coffee, remove excess from the table, and smile.
There is a gym near the beach. It is spacious, well equipped, there are few people, there are lockers for personal belongings, towels, water.
If you remove bathrobes, hygiene products and red fish for breakfast in this hotel, then it will be a 3-star hotel, no more!
We were here for only 3 nights and only once went to the pool for a couple of hours between 10 and 13 o'clock. We decided to spend the rest of the time outside the hotel, as it is, to put it mildly, unpleasant.
We came to this hotel directly from Fujairah, where we rested for 2 weeks. The hotel was 5 stars and met them 100%. Therefore, we were very upset when we saw Sheraton. We wanted to go to another hotel, but since it was Saturday, we did not find any free options at an adequate price. This is not our first time in the UAE and we have something to compare it with. If we talk about Abu Dhabi, then before that we had a rest at the Fairmont Bab Al Bahr hotel and it greatly outperforms Sheraton

Positive:
1. Delicious breakfasts – there was a large selection of fruits, drinks, pastries and main dishes
2. In a standard room of 30 m2, it is comfortable to live together – there is enough space for everyone. Large bathroom with shower, there is a dressing table.
3. Your own beach. It is quite small, but it is there: clean, with sun beds, towels.
4. Excellent bed in the room: very soft, with a choice of pillows, everything is cool.
Minuses:
1. There were no adapters to the European plug at the reception. Offered to buy a new one for 10 AED. A very strange policy when you have already paid 500+ euros for a hotel.
2. Our room on the 3rd floor was already pretty tired of the guests.

A good solid hotel. Room with a small balcony. You could go out and even dry things on it. We were in early May, there was no special heat, the temperature in the room was normal.
The hotel has a chic gym, a lot of exercise machines, they are new, it's cool in the gym, there are aerobics halls and squash halls, and tennis.
The restaurant at the hotel, we took breakfast and dinner, everything is of good quality, a great variety. Seafood, lamb or beef is always available for dinner. Water was poured for dinner for free. Tea and coffee were served at breakfast, and fresh juices were given twice for free. Lots of fruit. There is a private beach near the hotel. A small bay has been dug, it connects to the sea. Ebbs and flows every day, the water changes. The sea is clear. There is a bridge nearby, but it is fenced off with protective screens, there is no noise.
Within walking distance of various shopping centers, small though, but you can have fun. The deli is located across the street 200 m. Of the minuses, the water that is brought to the room is purified drinking. Sour for me. They give a liter per person, too little. There is no water anywhere else, only paid at the bar. It costs about 300 rubles for a bottle of 0.5.
Alcohol is poured in the bar, but in my opinion it is expensive. A mug of beer 1,000 rubles, a bottle of Prosecco 7,500 rubles. I quote all prices in rubles at the exchange rate of Gazprombank 's unionpay card . This card is accepted almost everywhere in the Emirates . Of the minuses, there was also a failure with beach towels, twice in 12 days. They all went somewhere and didn't give out. Also, the beach was closed once, as a shark was spotted near us. It is unclear how she could swim to us if we have an open bay with our hands. But they closed it anyway.
To sum up, the hotel is good, there are small shoals, but not fatal. I recommend it to everyone! Like it!

It's very cold in the corridors and lobby: after the beach there is a high probability of catching a cold, which happened to us. But no one cares about comfort in public places. The stupid system of operation of the elevator from the card: if you accidentally left the card in the room, it is very problematic to climb to the top floor. In short, the hotel is cold in every way. The rating on the Booking is very high, they did not understand why such points.
