A hotel with a very convenient location in Batumi, and with stunning sea views.
I liked the service - at the reception, in the cafe for breakfast, cleaning. Great breakfasts - a large selection of everything and plus cooking omelets and scramble. Special thanks for that.
Nice, cozy rooms. One nuance of the minus is that there are no charges on the iPhone. There is no room and it is impossible to ask for it. There is one wire at the reception and it can only be charged there. OK. BUT! You don't have an original cord (which is as strange as possible for a 5* hotel), because it doesn't charge phones properly and takes a lot of time. The phone stood for an hour and added 20% charging. It is much easier to buy the original one already and they will charge faster)) this is exactly what was super uncomfortable. But I will not remove the star for this, because the hotel as a whole is cool.
Quality and cleanliness are everywhere - the toilets in the hotels and the showers in the rooms are cool.
A comfortable lobby with sofas and an interior wardrobe.
The view from the rooms is very beautiful
One of the best hotels in Batumi, part of the Marriott hotel chain. Excellent location, large and bright rooms, thoughtful service and very good breakfasts! The beach is 50 meters away just across the city boulevard, the old town is within walking distance. I recommend visiting the restaurant on the 20th floor with a 360* panorama.
An old, shabby hotel. For that kind of money, I think everything should be perfect. Taped on the floor in the hall of the baseboard, a minimal set of accessories in the bathroom, a poor coffee set - we could put a coffee machine in the rooms, for example, margarine instead of butter at breakfast!(how is this even possible), the pool is generally 200m from the hotel, and the indoor one did not work. And if you saw the locker room, you would be shocked - a 3 by 3 room, a high chair in the middle. The toilet has doors without locks, one door is generally ajar. And at that moment, when I was sitting at one case, a man came in. They give out old towels. Not a single waiter looks in the direction of the guests. No matter how I gesticulated, no one noticed. I'm disappointed.
