A hotel with a very convenient location in Batumi, and with stunning sea views.
I liked the service - at the reception, in the cafe for breakfast, cleaning. Great breakfasts - a large selection of everything and plus cooking omelets and scramble. Special thanks for that.
Nice, cozy rooms. One nuance of the minus is that there are no charges on the iPhone. There is no room and it is impossible to ask for it. There is one wire at the reception and it can only be charged there. OK. BUT! You don't have an original cord (which is as strange as possible for a 5* hotel), because it doesn't charge phones properly and takes a lot of time. The phone stood for an hour and added 20% charging. It is much easier to buy the original one already and they will charge faster)) this is exactly what was super uncomfortable. But I will not remove the star for this, because the hotel as a whole is cool.
Quality and cleanliness are everywhere - the toilets in the hotels and the showers in the rooms are cool.
A comfortable lobby with sofas and an interior wardrobe.
The view from the rooms is very beautiful
An old, shabby hotel. For that kind of money, I think everything should be perfect. Taped on the floor in the hall of the baseboard, a minimal set of accessories in the bathroom, a poor coffee set - we could put a coffee machine in the rooms, for example, margarine instead of butter at breakfast!(how is this even possible), the pool is generally 200m from the hotel, and the indoor one did not work. And if you saw the locker room, you would be shocked - a 3 by 3 room, a high chair in the middle. The toilet has doors without locks, one door is generally ajar. And at that moment, when I was sitting at one case, a man came in. They give out old towels. Not a single waiter looks in the direction of the guests. No matter how I gesticulated, no one noticed. I'm disappointed.
A gorgeous 360° view from the restaurant.
The price tag is the same as in many restaurants. Dinner for two cost about $100.
My wife really liked the steak and dessert.
But the view is better!!!
Awesome view cafe on the 20th floor, views of the fire. In the evening it is busy, plus they ask for a deposit, in the afternoon and in the morning it is free
The hotel lounge is a great place to relax, the staff is always happy to help, helpful and friendly. Nice clean pool, there is a bar, locker room, shower. Close to the sea.
Well, how not to put 5 stars!!!! 5-star hotel, 5-star service, 5-star breakfasts, the room is gorgeous. Everything is great, it's a pity that the family stayed only for the night, it's a pity. Yes, all the spas are super too, not for show, but a real SPA.
We stayed on holidays, thanks for the attention and comfort. Delicious breakfast, we wanted to have lunch at the restaurant on the 20th floor, but a very long wait, we limited ourselves to coffee. However, this did not spoil the impression🙂
It's certainly something with something!!! It's easy not to accept euros and dollars, for such a global network!!! I felt like I was in the market when they asked you for cash!!
Panoramic view of the sea from two floor-to-ceiling windows, excellent service and breakfasts. On the second floor there is a free spa, a massage coma and special thanks to the masseuse Irma! She fixed my back and my sore shoulder! A beautiful promenade is just a stone's throw away!

In the period from 04.10.2015 to 11.10.2015, as part of my colleagues, I arrived in Batumi to participate in a corporate event. During the entire period of our stay in Batumi, my colleagues and I stayed at the Sheraton Batumi Hotel, this hotel turned out to be catering services according to the FB system. Upon returning to St. Petersburg on 12.10.2015, my health deteriorated sharply: diarrhea with blood appeared, accompanied by a sharp increase in body temperature (38 degrees), chills, weakness. These symptoms were the basis for my appeal to the St. Petersburg State Medical Institution "Clinical Infectious Diseases Hospital named after S.P. Botkin", where I was hospitalized with a diagnosis of "Acute enterocolitis". I have been on sick leave for 11 days.
