I flew in for work and stayed for 5 days. Very comfortable room, excellent mattress, pillows, bed linen, blackout curtains. It's super important for me to have a good rest. We stayed at this hotel for 9 days from 31.12 to 08.01 in a large room with mountain views. Every single day, our room entrance cards were demagnetized, we had to go down to the reception and magnetize them again. To the question "why can't you do it for the whole period at once?" the employees replied, "Oh, this is the mistake of another employee who worked the last shift," and the next day a new one.
On the 6th day of our stay, something completely out of the ordinary happened. At 7 p.m., the reception called our room and said that we were the only ones living on the floor that day and that the hotel management abruptly decided to make repairs on the entire floor, which (attention!) they have already prepared a new room for us on another floor and that we need to move. To my question, when? The employee replied, taken aback, "girl, right now!".
As a result, we were moved to a room without a view of the mountains and 2 times less in quadrature. The bathroom smelled terrible of sewage, when complaining about it, the hotel did nothing about it. Everything in the room was prepared for one, and there were two of us. The room we were moved to was in much more need of repair than the room we were evicted from. They didn't really help us with moving and things. The concierge came and took only a suitcase from all our belongings and rolled it on wheels, and for some reason we had to carry all the bags, bags and clothes on hangers ourselves!
Attention question: how is it possible to do this?
I will never believe that the decision on the renovation was made in 1 day, why couldn't it have been initially settled in a room for the entire period of stay? and why is this reported right the night before on a call to the room with an ultimatum that you need to move out immediately? In my understanding, in such a situation, guests should be offered a room upgrade or some kind of apology from the hotel. After the complaint, they brought us fruits and utensils for them again for one.
Better check into another hotel!

Hello, hotel managers. We are a family from Russia, St. Petersburg. We recently visited your pool, which we liked, but there are important shortcomings, because of which we will prefer another place:
1. The weather has changed dramatically, we did not have the opportunity to warm up in the SPA. In most hotels in the world, the SPA is included along with the pool. You have a separate fee.
2. We were on a weekday, at about 15:00. Our family with a child of 12 years old, due to bad weather, we had to stay by the pool, because even if we had paid, the child would have been sitting outside, since you do not let people under 18 years old in SPA. Usually, family hours in hotels are from morning to 18:00. You need to fix this, because families with children come at this time.
3. The pool is good, the sun beds are comfortable, but the water was not the cleanest, bundles of hair, patches, bags and so on floated at the bottom.

On the second day, we asked that we not change the linen daily, apparently it was taken literally with respect to the entire cleaning. For that, towels were changed every day, shampoos and soap accessories were also brought every day and this was very pleasing. The quality of the soaps was good. But, since the location of the hotel is very good, and we came to walk around the city, we had no time to figure it out and change the room. There was a showdown with the laundry service. We thought that as a complement (as chain hotels usually do) they would make some kind of gesture, but they did not.
One of the advantages is that the breakfast is delicious and varied, but you need to come first. The most delicious meat and fish! Everything is delicious except coffee.
