Nice hotel on a busy Istanbul street. The location is quite convenient. To the famous pedestrian street Istikal 10-15 minutes on foot. Galatskaya Tower is about 30 meters away. The rooms are excellent, there is air conditioning, tea, coffee, refrigerator, water. High-quality cleaning, once a day. There are no complaints about the shower and toilet either. The food in the hotel is good, an excellent buffet. In general, very confident urban 5 stars.

We booked a hotel in the Yandex Travel service, the cost without breakfast was 94 thousand rubles for 6 nights Deluxe room (beginning of September 2024)
The cost of breakfast in hotels is 650 liras (~1700 RUB)
There are no bathrobes in the room.
Otherwise, everything is clean and tidy, our floor was not for smokers.
The breakfasts are normal, there are many dishes, but all without meat, meat is very expensive in Turkey.

A wonderful hotel! Everything is very beautiful and comfortable. A gorgeous pool with a spa and delicious breakfasts. The staff is very friendly! The hotel is located close to the Istiklal street in an authentic area of the city. I recommend it! 👍

The hotel is about nothing. If you don't speak English, they look at you like a dick. I paid for 3 days. I come on the second day. They say that if you want to go to your room, pay 100 euros. They don't accept anything else. The hotel is ordinary, there is nothing for 100 euros in it. Rent normal hotels across the street for 400 lira-800rubles. And not for 10,000rubles. Well, in short. About nothing. I really wished I was staying here. And the hotel is not washed properly, the door in the shower does not fully close. Come on, guys. Why do you even need this? Although if you want the mustachioed Turks to humiliate you, then you are welcome.

A great hotel, the staff is definitely 5+. The rooms are clean, the cleaning is excellent. Breakfast is a great choice for every taste. The only disadvantage is that the shuttle compensates for it, it takes you almost to the metro station.

The hotel is in a good location, near the center and Taksim. There is a noisy street nearby.
In general, a Sheraton somewhere in Kazakhstan or Moscow is much better.
It's more like a good 4*, not a 5*.
As elsewhere in Turkey, there are enough staff from KZ.

The only thing I liked was the cleanliness. Cons - there are no Russian-speaking staff, disgusting artificial pillows, small rooms, the view from the windows leaves much to be desired. And most of all, I was outraged that the cost in the booking is different... the room cost 52,456 rubles, and upon arrival they took 56,000 rubles and additionally withdrew money on the card... They said it was a deposit. There was no information about the deposit at all on their website. We have been at home for two days, the money has not been returned!!!! We wait
