Spent another two weeks in this lovely hotel on the business trip, located in the heart of Jumeirah Beach.
Nice and cozy 9 floors building situated through the line of skyscrapers!
Very welcome staff starting from security, lobby and reception, and outdoor on swimming pool area and the beach.
And very warm atmosphere in the lounge on 9th floor.
Definitely will be coming again!

A nice hotel with a very convenient location in the center of Dubai Marina. The advantage of this hotel is its own beach, large enough, and the location overlooking the Blue Waters. Room cleaning is high-quality and on time. We only took breakfasts, which are very diverse, there are various dishes for every taste and preference, both for children and adults. The only negative for us is the lack of balconies in the hotel, which, unfortunately, cannot be fixed in any way. The hotel also has a large private parking, there is always a place. I definitely recommend the hotel and I will come again myself!

Great location. The rooms have no balconies, the furniture and plumbing are a bit old, but everything is clean and working properly. We took the all-inclusive gold type of food, good quality food and drinks, they cook delicious. We visited a la carte restaurants: Chinese and Indian, beautiful food, delicious dishes. It is better to take a room with a sea view, a very beautiful panorama of the bay and the Ferris wheel. Its own area on the beach with sun beds.

The impression is very good.
A very friendly collection. The rooms were cleaned daily. The rooms after renovation and designer renovation are perfect. The territory is well-groomed, green - palm trees, flowers. Excellent private, guarded beach.

A good hotel, but I can't say it's a 5, rather a solid 4))
- The rooms are all fresh, renovated and insanely beautiful! The inner aesthete is satisfied for all 200%
- Meals were taken for breakfast and dinner. The breakfasts are good, there is enough of everything, but the lunches / dinners did not really please us, the food seems to be in abundance, but everything is of the same type or for an amateur, there is practically no seafood, we were only once, I think it's not enough) I gave desserts a chance several times - I was also not impressed, the pastries at breakfast are more or less)
! But as for food, it was very important and mega convenient for us that dinner can be changed to lunch without problems any day (we wanted to go to lunch instead of our paid dinner, and vice versa)), respect for this hotel, few places have preserved such a system now
- the territory of the hotel is small, but very green, it pleased me
- the hotel has its own beach, it was important to us. The sun beds (namely the beach ones, they are OK by the pool) are already tired, require updating👌🏻
The beach itself is guarded, those who sit on the sand with their belongings and towels are immediately asked to leave. The bay is without waves, we were in November, there were a lot of algae growing on the bottom, the hotel does not clean them. But entering the water, the first few meters, are additionally covered with sand (apparently because of algae just the same), so you do not notice the vegetation, it is located where you are already swimming and do not reach the bottom)) we noticed this only when my husband plunged under the water with glasses, well, the dark color of the water also surprised us, but then everything came together)
In general, the hotel is good, the room stock is updated, some remarks in the food and public area should be corrected and there will be a great five! The location of the hotel is super, near cafes, shops, supermarkets and a pharmacy, everything is within walking distance👍🏻I think we would come back here again, but we would not take dinners, but preferred to have dinner in a cafe)

A wonderful hotel. The hotel is clean and beautiful, the staff is polite and will always help you. Repairs don't really bother. Initially, they moved into the old room, but after a week everyone was moved to the new ones. The food is delicious and varied. Wi-Fi catches both on the beach and in the hotel well. You can charge the phones in the room via USB or an adapter (you can take it at the reception) . At the end of May, the water is 32 degrees, hot, the pool is the best after the sea. Crabs have even been biting in the sea since morning. Water is brought to the room every day and cleaned too, if you need more towels or water, you will be happy to give it. The sun beds on the beach are always free, and by the pool too. There are plenty of cafes and shops near the hotel, as well as a park with vending machines where you can knock out toys.There is a McDonald's across the street from the hotel and a grocery store around the corner. A little further away from the hotel there is a promenade where you can walk in the evening, very beautiful views. It is a 20-minute walk from the hotel to the metro. There is also a tram near the hotel that takes you to the monorail. In general, I recommend this hotel.

It's not 5 stars at all. We were in the body of a family for the New Year holidays. Pros- the hotel is clean and the location is very good. On the downside, the waiters in the restaurant (we had everything included) don't come up at all, they don't take the plates off the small tables (so they don't eat too much), you can't wait for drinks or wait for the end of lunch. Sometimes managers chase waiters away to no avail, but it would be better to increase the number of waiters and reduce managers. You can't pour anything yourself, not even water. (breakfast only has 2 cups and water is freely available). The food is meager, but there are delicious dishes. There is no shower on the beach or at the entrance to the hotel, and you can only wash your feet by the pool. There are also no changing rooms or restrooms on the beach.

It's amazing!
We rested, sunbathed, swam , and ate goodies. We went to wonderful places, but this is a separate wonderful story. The hotel is really very nice. The staff is responsive and smiling all over. The food is very tasty and very different. There is everything : from simple porridge for breakfast to shrimp and mussels for dinner and lunch . Also meat, fish, pastries, fruits . Everything is fresh . The dishes are clean . It was very pleasant to relax. The location is excellent. And the store , and the bank , and the restiki . Everything is at hand. I recommend it to everyone.

I lived in it after the renovation of the rooms, but the common areas were still in the process of renovation.
I can say that the hotel really has a decent level of service, the concierge service fulfilled all requests (cleaning, bring a bathrobe, towels and small items) very quickly.
The breakfasts are at a decent level, there is always fresh orange and watermelon. It is convenient that there is a private beach on the shore and next to the hotel - on the grass. Of course, the sun beds and beach towels need to be updated, they are completely tired.
The location of the hotel is the best that you can find for this money in Dubai - next to The Beach with a bunch of cafes and restaurants, Blue Waters with a wheel, which was closed in October 2024, and you can also walk to the metro in 15 minutes.
Serious disadvantages could not be found. I recommend.

We had a family vacation at the Sheraton Jumeirah Beach Resort at the end of July 2024. We did not expect that we would be so lucky with the location. On the one hand, the hotel has the first coastline and its own beach on the other hand, The walk is a pedestrian street with many shops, restaurants, cafes, car rental and a stop for double-decker Big bus tour buses. The hotel is comfortable and cozy. The food is very tasty and varied.
I would like to say special words of gratitude to every employee of the hotel. We were greeted by very hospitable and wonderful people. The service in the restaurant is above all praise, thanks to the team of waiters and chefs - Zarni, Azeem, Bernadette, Rachel, Basil, Ashutosh Sadie. High appreciation for the work of Yusul, the reception staff - Issa, Ema, Rexuslan, Anjan, excellent room cleaning - Michel.

Beds, mattresses, pillows, bed linen are all fine, but there are complaints on my part, it's not the first time I've rested in the hotel, organza or tulle curtains are very old and sewn manually in several places, apparently where it was torn once by customers, room 202, aesthetically catches the eye constantly, the 5-star hotel is not it's new, but I want to come back with a lot more advantages, only for the curtains I lower my rating.

Convenient location. The reception work is excellent. The staff is very friendly, always ready to help with any questions. The rooms are spacious. It's always very clean. Cleaning is done daily, quickly and discreetly. By 5+. The beach is clean. There is not always a free chaise longue for lunch. The breakfasts are good. The dinners leave much to be desired. The minus point is only for this reason.

Nice, cozy hotel on the first line , very convenient location , JBR district , everything is relatively close to shops , boutiques , McDonald's, restaurants , the area is simply gorgeous , there is a swimming pool with a bar on the hotel's territory , beach towels are always available , we took breakfast dinner , the price/quality corresponds , a grocery store if anyone will to search , above McDonald 's , we need to figure out how to get up , we went through the Ramada hotel , you go up from the parking lot where they have an entrance to the floor with a restaurant , and you go out to the site where there is a grocery store that has everything you need , there is a scooter rental nearby , we took and rode to the Marina area, very cool I recommend . The hotel is decent , the location is fire.

I also liked the location, there is a place to walk in the evening, where to go, there are a lot of cool locations around. And the metro /tram is nearby, we went to the shopping center and to the water park.
But we froze in the room (mid-December).
The swimsuits did not dry well overnight.
There is no balcony, the windows do not open.
I also think it's a bad decision - glass, instead of a wall in the shower, you can see everything…
There was a need to update the deck chairs on the beach, there was some kind of neglect. The beaches of the neighboring hotels looked nicer.

A wonderful hotel with its own beach, green territory and polite staff.
Breakfasts and dinners are very varied and delicious!!!
There is a place to go: a beautiful promenade to Dubai Marina, an embankment with the possibility of shopping.
We walked to the subway.
There can be huge traffic jams by car during the day. But to see the neighboring sights - there was no other way, I had to stand in traffic jams.
This is not the newest hotel, but the quality of the Sheraton level.

Terrible service. Upon arrival, you will not be offered a wet towel and a glass of juice or water, as is customary in 5-star hotels. The surcharge for the sea view is 2000 dirhams for 10 days (52,000 rubles). The system is still very peculiar - after breakfast drinks, including water, can only be obtained at the pool bar at 12-30. Everything on the beach is for money. The restaurant is on the 9th floor, lunch and dinner is an elevator ride like during rush hour on the subway. The tables in the restaurant are always full of dirty dishes, it is better not to drink from glasses under water (always stained), drinks can be waited up to 30 minutes, the waiters are hiding, probably saving. There are few sun beds on the beach, you need to arrive before 09-00 to take them. The territory of the beach and the hotel is poorly cleaned (bottles , cups, wrappers) are lying everywhere. The facade of the hotel is clean only at the entrance - then there is a layer of dust and dirt and it is 5 stars. During the evening, you will be approached at the bar a maximum of 2 times, and then (after 23-00) everything is for a fee. The waiters serve first those who pay immediately and then those who have everything included!!! In short, who goes for the comfort of 5 stars is not here for you. The location is good, the sea is excellent, the service is excellent!!!

I really liked the hotel, very tasty and varied food (we had everything included), the chefs even cooked pasta for my son once, he didn't want it with sauces. The staff is very friendly, especially to children. The cleaning is excellent, everything is at the highest level. In January 2024, renovation began (it will last 8 months) of some of the rooms and it was noisy during the day (it didn't matter to us, because we came to the hotel late). The beach is private and the staff really makes sure that there are no strangers. There is always a lot of space on the beach. The territory of the hotel is large, there is a bridge with carp, there is a playground, a large wooden ship for children, there is a heated swimming pool, a bar. I also want to note that there is a huge tree here and there are a lot of birds gathering here! I didn't even have to go to the aviary, it's interesting to watch here too). The location is great, although the wheel did not work (the opening will be on 04/28/2024 - at least that's what they plan). The photo shows a view from the terrace (take rooms with a balcony or terrace, because the windows in the rooms do not open, there is a split system, you can adjust the temperature in the room). I want to come back after the renovation.

I don't understand why there are so many admiring reviews.
I just want to write about the pros and cons of the hotel. Decide for yourself.
Pros: the hotel is clean enough. The staff is friendly and smiling. They are cleaned more or less, the linen is clean. There is coffee, tea, and a kettle in the room, which is convenient. They put 2 bottles of water per person every day. Beach towels are provided. The availability of bathrobes and slippers is nice. Not a bad location. The metro is about 20 minutes on foot.
Minuses: the food is absolutely not a five-star hotel, on a solid three. Sometimes you could find something delicious for dinner. The breakfasts are meager. Tomatoes are plastic. The waffles are dried up. Watermelon is not sweet, pineapple is not ripe. Something like this.
At the moment, the hotel is being renovated, it is very loud, you will not be able to relax quietly. At 8.50 we wake up to the noise of the drill, an alarm clock is not needed. No one warned us about this when booking. When they came to the reception with a question, they answered - yes, we have a renovation, sorry. The windows do not open in the room, there is no way to ventilate the room. The territory is put in order in places, in places there is dirt and smell.
Bottom line: of course, we will not recommend this hotel to anyone and we will not return here ourselves.

A wonderful hotel. A huge plus on JBR is its own private gorgeous beach! There are plenty of sun beds, at least when you come to find a place, I don't know if there are more people in high season, but now everything is OK, clean. Unlimited beach towels. The hotel is located on a walking street with a bunch of restaurants and cafes. The metro is 20 minutes away. The service is good, the food is good too, you won't stay hungry)) it seems like repairs are underway, but we didn't notice it from the word at all, sometimes there is a smell of paint in the hallway, but not in the room. We live on the 6th floor, we can't hear anything here. I recommend 100%. I will definitely be back)))

The view of the city or the bay is not important, we looked out the window only 2 times in 8 days, mostly you rest, you come to the room to spend the night. The view of the city is beautiful. They do not take a deposit. There is a private guarded beach, there are enough sun beds. There are many apartments around. I recommend taking breakfast and dinner, it is more profitable. I recommend.

I spent three days at the Sheraton Jumeirah Beach Resort in early May. The impressions are excellent, although the hotel is not new, maybe that's its charm. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, bottled water is free every day. A buffet with a normal assortment. For the evening, there is a large selection of establishments along King Salman Bin Abdulzaiz Al Saud Street, where the hotel doors open. It's very nice to stroll along the Dubai Marina Bay promenade in the next block, watching all kinds of floating restaurants in bright lights. A beach with soft sand and clear water, although the abundance of boats and other motor vehicles is annoying. You can ride a camel and visit the beach attractions. It is easy to use Yandex Taxi with the operator du, just show the driver the customer's name on the mobile phone.
